AUI have had some many false alarms this… I have had some many false alarms this devise does not work for me they have sent me three devises and it still is sending false alarms to my family, I am not happy and can’t cancel it and it is costing me $50 a month.

GBAlarm sensor kept going offline Alarm sensor kept going offline. I contacted customer care, the representative guided me through what I needed to do. She also sent me some YouTube videos for support, and mailed me some magnets and double sided tape.

GBDo NOT sign anything with this company I sold my house a month ago after paying for their service for 3 years. Had to pay a $750 early term fee just to sell my Home. Completely ridiculous that you have to pay for services no rendered and the discounts were not $750 or anywhere near that at service startup. I self- installed COVE at my new home and their server and pricing is spectacular with no contracts and same monitoring. Be WARNED, they are ripoff artists.

GBI recently posted a short critique of… I recently posted a short critique of Guardian. We have been having problems with our system for a number of years. After the post, I was contacted by Debbie in customer relations. She listened to our complaints and immediately sent out Richard the tech supervisor. Richard was a great guy and knew about our system inside and out. He realized the problems and brought in new equipment to correct our problems. The system is fast and really does everything that is was supposed to do. I have changed my opinion of Guardian and would recommend them to my friends and family Glenn

GBDo not bother to show up for appointments I had an appointment today for a system installation with Guardian. They must have sent me 10 email and text reminders about today's appointment. I scheduled 10+ important work calls and took a day off because of this appointment ... and ... THEY DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No one called to tell me they are running late or need to reschedule. I called twice to find out what is going on and was told the install was being done by a subcontractor and they cannot be reached. That's it. No apologies. No information. No showing up. I wasted an entire day waiting for them! So unprofessional. I am calling other alarm companies and will never deal with Guardian again.
