USNo Fire Alarms Before Dinner I call, occasionally, when I am cooking smoky foods in the air fryer to circumvent the fire department from being notified of a smoke detector alert. The staff is always very nice to talk with and puts a one hour hold for fire alerts so that I don't have to greet the fire department and have them walk through my kitchen to check for a possible fire. (It has happened a few times in the past before I got the idea to call in advance of using the air fryer-- It's embarrassing). Thank you for being a big help!!

USI had a problem with my security system… I had a problem with my security system one night around midnight. I called Guardian and the girl I spoke to was so nice and extremely helpful. The following week a service technician came to my home and fixed my problem. He was also extremely nice and very helpful. I am so pleased with Guardian protection.

I have seen Guardian in action over the years, even when the mistake was mine and they are always not only right on time, responding to the alarm but they were also courteous, professional, and customer friendly. USAfter the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled… After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled trouble, ie, needed a new battery. We had a very difficult time getting to the alarm to change the battery because it had been installed by Guardian at the top of the stairwell where the stairs turned upward 90 degrees. There was no way a regular ladder could stand on varied level steps to get us up there. We are both elderly and don't do well on ladders anyway. After several phone calls to Guardian, they sent a technician out and he was able to get to it. But even he agreed that it was a poor placement, and said he could move it. We did not want more holes in our wall, so we declined and will just call again when it needs a new battery. The technician was very helpful, professional and considerate.
