Bottom line up front Bottom line up front. I don't feel safe. My wife won't let me cancel due to the early termination fee. Just some of the issue I have experience in 4 months. 1. Poor quality equipment. Camera quality is Poor. Door bell cam is partially blocked due to brick home. 2. Use of WIFI Extenders instead of WIFI Mesh. I lose my garage camera about 2 times a month. Wired installation of cameras was poorly installed. Just overall not satisfied. I would not recommend.

Terrible customer service...bad company. Contracts lock the customer into their terms even if the service is not provided. Months of getting charged without getting the service. Complete defensive attitude towards solving the issue. Not the smartest company out there, for sure. Stay away..bad, bad, bad

After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled… After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled trouble, ie, needed a new battery. We had a very difficult time getting to the alarm to change the battery because it had been installed by Guardian at the top of the stairwell where the stairs turned upward 90 degrees. There was no way a regular ladder could stand on varied level steps to get us up there. We are both elderly and don't do well on ladders anyway. After several phone calls to Guardian, they sent a technician out and he was able to get to it. But even he agreed that it was a poor placement, and said he could move it. We did not want more holes in our wall, so we declined and will just call again when it needs a new battery. The technician was very helpful, professional and considerate.

Do NOT sign anything with this company I sold my house a month ago after paying for their service for 3 years. Had to pay a $750 early term fee just to sell my Home. Completely ridiculous that you have to pay for services no rendered and the discounts were not $750 or anywhere near that at service startup. I self- installed COVE at my new home and their server and pricing is spectacular with no contracts and same monitoring. Be WARNED, they are ripoff artists.
