GBAlthough Although, there was some confusion at Guardian with my scheduled service call - “no one showed up for the original time slot”! With that said a service person did show up the next day. The person did a great job and took care of each problem we were experiencing!! He was fantastic!! Gary

AUI have had some many false alarms this… I have had some many false alarms this devise does not work for me they have sent me three devises and it still is sending false alarms to my family, I am not happy and can’t cancel it and it is costing me $50 a month.

GBALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND… ALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND EXECUTED WITH EFFICIENCY. THE CURRENT INSTALLATION HAS BEEN DELAY BY THE LOCAL TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS FOR THREE WEEKS SO I HAVE NO MEANS OF JUDGING HOW IT WILL GO UNTIL IT BEGINS, HENCE THE MIDDLING REVIEW FIGURE. I'M CERTAIN THAT I WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THAT WORK WHEN IT FINALLY COMMENCES AS WELL.

GBI had a problem with my security system… I had a problem with my security system one night around midnight. I called Guardian and the girl I spoke to was so nice and extremely helpful. The following week a service technician came to my home and fixed my problem. He was also extremely nice and very helpful. I am so pleased with Guardian protection.

GBTerrible customer service...bad company. Contracts lock the customer into their terms even if the service is not provided. Months of getting charged without getting the service. Complete defensive attitude towards solving the issue. Not the smartest company out there, for sure. Stay away..bad, bad, bad
