GBA satisfied customer My wife and I are very pleased with Guardian Protection. The security system they installed for us keeps us updated on our property. The fact that the updates are available if we are home or not is a big plus for us. I would recommend Guardian Protection for anyone that wants peace of mind, day or night.

GBNo Fire Alarms Before Dinner I call, occasionally, when I am cooking smoky foods in the air fryer to circumvent the fire department from being notified of a smoke detector alert. The staff is always very nice to talk with and puts a one hour hold for fire alerts so that I don't have to greet the fire department and have them walk through my kitchen to check for a possible fire. (It has happened a few times in the past before I got the idea to call in advance of using the air fryer-- It's embarrassing). Thank you for being a big help!!

GBHere to Stay! Other companies have tried to lure me away from Guardian Protection but to no avail. I have seen Guardian in action over the years, even when the mistake was mine and they are always not only right on time, responding to the alarm but they were also courteous, professional, and customer friendly. I appreciate the way they prompt me to test my system and walk me through the process. I plan to remain a loyal customer. Many thanks to your employees!

GBDo not bother to show up for appointments I had an appointment today for a system installation with Guardian. They must have sent me 10 email and text reminders about today's appointment. I scheduled 10+ important work calls and took a day off because of this appointment ... and ... THEY DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No one called to tell me they are running late or need to reschedule. I called twice to find out what is going on and was told the install was being done by a subcontractor and they cannot be reached. That's it. No apologies. No information. No showing up. I wasted an entire day waiting for them! So unprofessional. I am calling other alarm companies and will never deal with Guardian again.

GBI recently posted a short critique of… I recently posted a short critique of Guardian. We have been having problems with our system for a number of years. After the post, I was contacted by Debbie in customer relations. She listened to our complaints and immediately sent out Richard the tech supervisor. Richard was a great guy and knew about our system inside and out. He realized the problems and brought in new equipment to correct our problems. The system is fast and really does everything that is was supposed to do. I have changed my opinion of Guardian and would recommend them to my friends and family Glenn
