GBPandora Ring I ordered a Pandora ring that was my daughter’s favorite ‘lucky’ ring that she had lost. She was beside herself. The ring was retired at Pandora. URBANfusion was the only place that we could find it. The price was the same that Pandora charged. The order came in a timely manner and I am forever grateful.

GBI enjoyed going to cherry hill mall but… I enjoyed going to cherry hill mall but because I have a 24 hour Daycare I don’t always have time to go to the store and I am very upset I had to miss the recent sale after shopping on line and then couldn’t put my order in because my card don’t have an expiration day and month. I had a 600 dollar order and I’m mad cause I couldn’t get any of my items. I think you guys need to change that because I have plenty of store credit cards that don’t have expiration dates but I’m still able to use them so can y’all please fix that or there won’t be no need on me having a pandora card

GBI was disappointed to receive an email… I was disappointed to receive an email a few days later that 2 pieces I ordered they didnt have after all and a refund was being issued. While I'm glad for the refund had I known that the website merchandise wasn't up to date I would have ordered my pieces from another store because they were in a end of year sale. By the time I received email I couldn't t find them anywhere else.

GBSnobby Employees! I went to this store two seperate times, both times I was completely treated like an outcast, the staff acted like they were so much better than me and constantly had their noses in the air. When I told them my price range was $60 and under, two employees turned to eachother and laughed while one rolled their eyes. When I finally checked out the woman behind the counter handed me the bag like I had a disease or something. Totally uncalled for and the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. Never coming back here and neither will my family after this incident.

GBCustomer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. 2 day delivery didn’t show up on time. Voicemails and emails were never returned. Delivery was finally made - late - but still never heard anything personally from the company. Don’t bother. For a small business, they don’t seem concerned.
