Lovely and Affordable Vase market has lovely and affordable products. I purchased vases for wedding centerpieces. I had some issues with a few of the vases arriving damaged, but their customer service is great and they were able to refund me for the damaged vases and send out new ones. They were very helpful and wanted to put my worries at ease.

I ordered the trumpet vases I haven’t… I ordered the trumpet vases I haven’t used them yet but the quality it on point!!! I order the same vases from another place and their vases are thin. Vase market have great glass products for the money only thing I dislike is the shipping is expensive But quality is intact!!! Can’t wait to use these!!!

The customer service at Vase Market was … The customer service at Vase Market was outstanding. The person that I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions. We received delivery when expected however, two of the 12 vases that we ordered were broken when we received them. I didn't have time to go through the process of filing a claim - it would have only been for $12 + shipping but it was a disappointment none the less. I would however order from them again but would ask about their process for product We were lucky that we didn't need all 12 vases. If we did, it would have been a much bigger issue.

The best vase, cloche and terrarium company Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great prices. My glass domed cloche arrived in pristine condition. Perfectly fit my odd-shaped item. Couldn't be happier with this wonderful company!

I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 … I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 on that shipment because the others were damaged. I called and they resent 12 vases immediately. I received them but 2 were broken. Customer service was great was refunded for the broken vases. All in all I'm please with my purchase but I gave 4 stars only because I think they need to find a better system when shipping glass. It can be frustrating to have to go back and forth trying to get your order replaced
