USBUY WITH CAUTION! The candle holders were great but the 28in x 4 in cylinder vases were HORRIBLE! The were wobbly, crooked and had quite a few very noticeable inclusions. I would not recommend buying vases from here. The customer service is great tho if you make it clear to them what is not acceptable with their product and how you would like your issue resolved.

USI ordered 16 vases but only received 4 … I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 on that shipment because the others were damaged. I called and they resent 12 vases immediately. I received them but 2 were broken. Customer service was great was refunded for the broken vases. All in all I'm please with my purchase but I gave 4 stars only because I think they need to find a better system when shipping glass. It can be frustrating to have to go back and forth trying to get your order replaced

USBubble Wrap for Days! There is no way anything shipped from this company can arrive broken! Each vase was packed in it's own box with it's own bubble wrap & then the individual boxes were tightly packed inside a larger box which was completely wrapped in bubble wrap. The vases I ordered were perfect for the floral arrangements created for my parents' surprise 50th wedding anniversary dinner! Thank you so much!!

USThe customer service at Vase Market was … The customer service at Vase Market was outstanding. The person that I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions. We received delivery when expected however, two of the 12 vases that we ordered were broken when we received them. I didn't have time to go through the process of filing a claim - it would have only been for $12 + shipping but it was a disappointment none the less. I would however order from them again but would ask about their process for product We were lucky that we didn't need all 12 vases. If we did, it would have been a much bigger issue.
