I was very skeptical ordering the first time, but the service, quality and value was so good. So with no worries, I ordered again. Everything was packaged for shipping and I will pack it up like it was sent so I can transport it to the wedding without worrying about buying packing tubs. It was one less thing to manage. No response from customer service … My order arrived quickly but 2 vases were broken. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have still received no response.

I appreciate the variety of inventory I appreciate the variety of inventory; good descriptions and the products I ordered were of a good quality and good value; reasonable prices. Glass items were well packed and arrived safely. I recommend Vase Market if you need any of their products.

BUY WITH CAUTION! The candle holders were great but the 28in x 4 in cylinder vases were HORRIBLE! The were wobbly, crooked and had quite a few very noticeable inclusions. I would not recommend buying vases from here. The customer service is great tho if you make it clear to them what is not acceptable with their product and how you would like your issue resolved.
