Very disappointed Unfortunately I purchased an item that went in back order after I had already ordered. I waited patiently. Received a very delicate (more delicate than I knew and was never described) in a box that had no wrapping or padding to fill it. The bench cane damaged. I’ve reached out but unfortunately it hasn’t been a priority. The quality of the item, the attention to unsatisfactory shipping, a damaged item, and an unhappy customer didn’t really make a difference.

NO compensation for ordering/delivering… NO compensation for ordering/delivering WRONG chair and damaged SOFA in 3-piece set. Only exchanged velvet side chair for an upholstered side chair until we waited another 5 weeks for the swivel glider. The filling and the color were not what we expected The owner did NOTHING to make us happy. They did not provide any interest on the money they had received for delivering us the wrong product; not even a token lamp or candle or anything. 10% off was offered if we kept the damage sofa that was delivered - we opted to exchange the frame with the FLOOR MODEL, and did not receive a discount for that either...

Well made statement piece Excellent quality. I expected the metal frame to be bronze but it’s a dark brown. It’s perfect with the oatmeal shade and wood with gesso finish. The scale and vintage look great in the dining area of my beach house, which has a mix of modern cottage and industrial elements. Very satisfied with this purchase and OBH customer service.
