Gorgeous Seaglass Balls The seaglass balls are sooo fabulous!!! I'm on my 5th one purchased. These are the REAL deal! They have the original fishing rope tied around them and I so love their truly authentic, nautical appearance. I now have at least one in every size and color. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Very disappointed Unfortunately I purchased an item that went in back order after I had already ordered. I waited patiently. Received a very delicate (more delicate than I knew and was never described) in a box that had no wrapping or padding to fill it. The bench cane damaged. I’ve reached out but unfortunately it hasn’t been a priority. The quality of the item, the attention to unsatisfactory shipping, a damaged item, and an unhappy customer didn’t really make a difference.

Excellent selection and service We just moved to the area and needed to furnish our new condo. We found Our Boat House on the internet and decided this was the place to purchase our new furniture even before we visited the showroom. We were immediately impressed with the selection, style and the very patient and helpful salesperson - Deb! We were completely thrilled with the process even including the delivery event. We have recommended Our Boat House to others and know they will be happy with the experience also!!

Cheap Quality and Poor Packaging Cheap Quality and Poor Packaging: We ordered 2 of Celia Accent Table with Bone Inlay Top and they both arrived (a month later) broken in various pieces. While it was terribly packaged (they were each placed inside large boxes with a little cardboard no other wrap to ensure cushioning while traveling from Florida to DC. Additionally, the tables were very poorly made so it was clear it wasn't just the packaging that caused them to break while shipping. We paid $500 for the pair - we expected top quality for that price instead we got something I would have paid $30 on Wayfair or Overstock for.

Our Boat House chair-and-a-half Stacey of Our Boat House was so helpful. She patiently helped me with dimensions, fabric choices, and myriad questions. In the end, the chair was perfect and the delivery service was fantastic. Thank you! The process from beginning to end took a few months, but I wasn't in a hurry and it was during COVID after all. Our Boat House was always willing to check with the manufacturer and give me updates. Communication, combined with a truly quality product, made for a great experience overall.
