Outstanding quality We were wanting to replace the slipcovers on our Newport sofa and loveseat after six years - the fabric and cushions had held up but we were looking for a different color. I really appreciated the chat service and the swatches we requested arrived in less than a week. After six years of daily use the cushions have maintained their integrity. The upholstery is beautifully sewn and has withstood numerous washings. I would recommend a fade resistant fabric if there are a lot of windows in the room.

A true lifesaver! When faced with the challenge of furnishing a brand new vacation home from scratch from a significant distance, we stumbled upon Our Boat House. We flew down, spent a few hours with Stacey, and while we are not totally finished yet, we are confident that when we move in this fall, our home will look exactly like we hoped it would. Stacey has learned our preferences quickly and factored them in with her own flawless advice, and together we are building something I know we are going to be happy with for years to come. I like the rug but it's too big and… I like the rug but it's too big and color not as shown, my complaint is with customer service. I asked about return and no one replied, 2nd try finally got a response and they charge 25% restocking fee!!! that's absurd, I will keep the rug and never purchase here again!! when buying for home sometimes you want to try something first to make sure it will work and or match decor, colors are not exact online. Everywhere else is so friendly and want you to be happy and graciously accept returns. sometimes even free return label, Buyer Beware.

Our Boat House chair-and-a-half Stacey of Our Boat House was so helpful. She patiently helped me with dimensions, fabric choices, and myriad questions. In the end, the chair was perfect and the delivery service was fantastic. Thank you! The process from beginning to end took a few months, but I wasn't in a hurry and it was during COVID after all. Our Boat House was always willing to check with the manufacturer and give me updates. Communication, combined with a truly quality product, made for a great experience overall.
