Well made statement piece Excellent quality. I expected the metal frame to be bronze but it’s a dark brown. It’s perfect with the oatmeal shade and wood with gesso finish. The scale and vintage look great in the dining area of my beach house, which has a mix of modern cottage and industrial elements. Very satisfied with this purchase and OBH customer service.

I like the rug but it's too big and… I like the rug but it's too big and color not as shown, my complaint is with customer service. I asked about return and no one replied, 2nd try finally got a response and they charge 25% restocking fee!!! that's absurd, I will keep the rug and never purchase here again!! when buying for home sometimes you want to try something first to make sure it will work and or match decor, colors are not exact online. Everywhere else is so friendly and want you to be happy and graciously accept returns. sometimes even free return label, Buyer Beware.

Placed an order on 12/15 Placed an order on 12/15. Followed up this morning (12/21) to find that our order had not been shipped out after almost a full week. Sent an email asking for explanation and update on our order only to receive an email this morning after I sent mine that our order had finally shipped. No idea whether this Christmas gift will make it on time now that it's taken over a week for the company to ship our order.
