GBDISHONEST ADVERTISING. THERE SERVICE WAS FINE. I DON'T LIKE THEIR LYING ADVERTISING. I BOUGHT A TEMPER-PEDIC QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS AND COVER THIS WEEK I EXPECTED TO RECEIVE ALL THEIR ADVERTISED FREE PRODUCTS. FREE TV, FREE COMPUTER AND FREE $300 CREDIT CARD. i GOT THE TV WHICH I DO NOT NEED. I'LL SHOPPING ELSE WHERE.

GBTheir furniture is not bad Their furniture is not bad. The thing that really drives me crazy is their tv commercials. They are loud and obnoxious. I always have to mute them. Please fire your ad agency or stop that terrible music background.

GBAVOID! Turn back!! Don’t do it!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Seriously, if you value your time, money and sanity, do NOT give these people the time of day!!! Their merchandise is overpriced and they force you to purchase a normally $35-40 mattress cover for close to $100 so you can be part of their “pledge” program so if you don’t like their mattress, they charge you restocking fees, $200 and this mattress cover. The “pledge” nonsense is so that you can be allowed to return the mattress. NO ONE called/texted when they said they would on the day they promised delivery. I had to chase them down, found out myself my mattress was not going to be delivered on the day they promised. I was lied to numerous times by numerous customer service agents about why mattress wasn’t being delivered, lied to about delivery windows, and just overall awful customer service. I even had one agent “laugh it off” and say like, yeah, everyone gets screwed over eventually…. Ummmm, did you really just speak to me that way? ***How this crackpot company is still in business is beyond me.*** Hey Gardner White, instead of throwing loads of money into tacky, annoying ads that everyone hates you actually invest in hiring and training proper customer service and logistics people so you don’t leave angry, frustrated customers left and right who NEVER want to do business with you again? We just bought a massive home that needs loads of furniture. Guess who gets NOT ONE CENT FROM US now?! It seems your company has sad values and it shows in how poorly you value customer satisfaction and loyalty. I will spend the rest of my days informing those, who ask me who I used for furniture purchases, to NEVER do business with your company because Gardner White, is quite frankly, one of the WORST retail experiences of my adult life!!!

GB4.5 out of 5 stars... GREAT! Minus a half star because the box came all beat up and I got nervous to the point of taking pictures and preparing myself to battle for a new shipment. But holy cow, the chairs were flawless and shipping was FAST! Like 2 days to get them. And the price was outstanding, literally 1/2 price versus what Ashley was asking. We have the ashley ralene dining set and my wife wanted 2 more chairs. GW's price was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier. I almost feel bad not giving 5 stars.

GBPerfection! I went into the Canton MI, GW looking for a mattress. Walked in and was greeted immediately by a nice guy named Troy, he showed me a few options and it wasn’t long before he pointed out the Serta iComfort hybrid! He went through all the features and in no time at all I walked out owning an amazing bed! Delivery was a breeze! In and out and they were very respectful of my home and belongings! This experience was probably the best one I’ve had from start to finish!!
