Perfection! I went into the Canton MI, GW looking for a mattress. Walked in and was greeted immediately by a nice guy named Troy, he showed me a few options and it wasn’t long before he pointed out the Serta iComfort hybrid! He went through all the features and in no time at all I walked out owning an amazing bed! Delivery was a breeze! In and out and they were very respectful of my home and belongings! This experience was probably the best one I’ve had from start to finish!!

Once the "deal" was made they wont call… Once the "deal" was made they wont call me back any longer. I have called three times to speak to whom sold me my product and three times they stated we are writing a note to have them call you back. I never once got a call, almost a week later. My suggestion, shop elsewhere, bad customer service

the furniture is garbage the furniture is garbage! I've had my new bedroom set for only 8 months & it has started cracking on the side panels of my nightstands. basically, Gardner white said TOO BAD, you didn't purchase a warranty. I also tried to exchange a piece of furniture. I called within the time frame. but the info was never put in the system. so, I was told. When i finally got ahold of someone at customer service, again. TOO BAD!

They were delivered next day no problem. Until I went to lay on the mattress. I hadn't looked at my receipt. The salesman had put in an extra furm mattress. And now I've spent over 700 dollars for rock hard mattress feels like laying on stones but I've got to take responsibility for not looking !t my receipt. I'll always pay attention now.
