GBNot very happy right now ordered a… Not very happy right now ordered a queen-size mattress with a base and there was supposed to be another base that raises the bed that I didn't get at all. Also was supposed to get a TV that says ships from Best buy. I hope that happens, but, the base I am sure I will never see. Nothing more frustrating then not getting what you ordered 6 days later still no TV!

GBOnce the "deal" was made they wont call… Once the "deal" was made they wont call me back any longer. I have called three times to speak to whom sold me my product and three times they stated we are writing a note to have them call you back. I never once got a call, almost a week later. My suggestion, shop elsewhere, bad customer service

GBHorrible Protection Plan - Not returning to GW! We bought a living room set 15 months ago and it's rippling, lumpy, and pilling already. We were told by the salesman that the protection plan was awesome and covered "everything!" so we felt confident buying the set. We filed a claim for these issued and were denied because they said the issues were normal wear and tear. We have to buy a new couch already, going straight in the trash and will never go back to GW because the protection plan is useless.
