KATRINA MADE IT HAPPEN ! I appreciated the employee named Katrina from AuburnHills! I called to confirm and change my delivery date And found out that they had not even Assigned one withe the department!! I am expecting company for the holiday (It would have been a terrible disapointment had I not received my funiture on time! ) Katrina, Checked and made me another appointment right away via phone. Very Happy We were greeted at the door with a very nice gentleman Kevin Grinenko, very professional. No fuss, no pressure, answered our questions , very helpful. We found the perfect dinette set for our needs. Very satisfied with the service and attention we received from Kevin.

Winston on 14 Mile in Warren is an… Winston on 14 Mile in Warren is an OUTSTANDING SALESMAN! He went above and beyond for me! Very friendly, caring salesman. And does everything correct not just to make a sale or commission!! I couldn't thank Winston enough for making things right for me and my situation. He listened to my concerns, tried to understand, and correct the awful situation from Taylor location. If your headed to the Warren location ask for Winston!!! I will only recommend him, even if it is a drive it worth dealing with such a professional salesman!!

Not very happy right now ordered a… Not very happy right now ordered a queen-size mattress with a base and there was supposed to be another base that raises the bed that I didn't get at all. Also was supposed to get a TV that says ships from Best buy. I hope that happens, but, the base I am sure I will never see. Nothing more frustrating then not getting what you ordered 6 days later still no TV!

Once the "deal" was made they wont call… Once the "deal" was made they wont call me back any longer. I have called three times to speak to whom sold me my product and three times they stated we are writing a note to have them call you back. I never once got a call, almost a week later. My suggestion, shop elsewhere, bad customer service
