I went to Gardner White to purchase a… I went to Gardner White to purchase a new mattress. The mattress I was looking at was a medium to firm. The whole experience was nice. They were delivered next day no problem. Until I went to lay on the mattress. I hadn't looked at my receipt. The salesman had put in an extra furm mattress. And now I've spent over 700 dollars for rock hard mattress feels like laying on stones but I've got to take responsibility for not looking !t my receipt. I'll always pay attention now.

The assembly team is the highlight! Customer service has been good on the front end. Quality of furniture has ranged from excellent to poor. Their value pieces are poorly made and not worth the savings. Higher end pieces are well-made and the assembly service that comes with the delivery is extraordinary. Do not open a credit account if you cannot pay in full by the end of the interest free term. It is a waste of money in the long run.

Once the "deal" was made they wont call… Once the "deal" was made they wont call me back any longer. I have called three times to speak to whom sold me my product and three times they stated we are writing a note to have them call you back. I never once got a call, almost a week later. My suggestion, shop elsewhere, bad customer service

Their furniture is not bad Their furniture is not bad. The thing that really drives me crazy is their tv commercials. They are loud and obnoxious. I always have to mute them. Please fire your ad agency or stop that terrible music background.

December 28 December 28, 2020 Canton Michigan My sales man with Lincoln he was awesome. The delivery men did a great job, they were kind and professional. The men that put my bed frame back together did an awesome job as well. This was the second time I had to have my new bed delivered. The first crew did a poor job and could not get the bed frame up my stairs, they scratched my newly painted stairs, were condescending, rude and unprofessional. I had to pay an extra $150 to have the bed frame taken a part.
