I have purchased from this company many… I have purchased from this company many times, years ago. I don’t recognize this company now. They took my money in September 3, 2022, said they would do custom/bespoke work. I went months with no contact and then I’m sent an item done incorrectly. It’s April 29, 2023 and I bought three custom pieces I am out of my money and I have no product and NO EMAIL OR WHATSAPP OR SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSE.

The art work turns amazing at the end The art work turns amazing on the wall... installing it though is not the easiest process and the instructions eventhough it was details, a small detail was left out that caused us lots of trouble and we had to alter things to make it work at the end. I think a one page flyer with basic instructions would be helpful as well especially when it comes to arts that don’t have clear direction.

Salam, Salam, I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered. Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’ queries were not left unattended. Jazakallahu khair

Exceptional customer service Irada Arts were brilliant with their customer service. Totally recommend them. I was very impressed by their service right from the beginning. They were very accommodating and responsive to customers needs/queries. Easy to contact on whatsapp. The canvas artwork I ordered was true to picture and was shipped within a few days despite covid. Very happy! Alhamdulillah.
