Salam, Salam, I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered. Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’ queries were not left unattended. Jazakallahu khair

I have purchased from this company many… I have purchased from this company many times, years ago. I don’t recognize this company now. They took my money in September 3, 2022, said they would do custom/bespoke work. I went months with no contact and then I’m sent an item done incorrectly. It’s April 29, 2023 and I bought three custom pieces I am out of my money and I have no product and NO EMAIL OR WHATSAPP OR SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSE.

Design is nice but finish could be… Design is nice but finish could be better. The surface is not as polished as expected and some edges still have black marks from the fabrication process and also not smooth, potentially able to get nicked or cut.

I have even contacted the company on Facebook and Instagram. Not one person has bothered to address my problem at all. Paid over $800 and received a damaged item and radio silence since then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Excellent thoughtful service It is a pleasure to work with Irada. The products are excellent, but more important the people are helpful, thoughtful and welcoming. My custom piece was made exactly as we discussed and packaging was the best I have ever received. Looking forward to receiving my second order. Thank you very much.
