GBUpdate to my April review Update to my April review. I received only one of my steel art work and paid over £1000 and the Allah came bent. I spoke to Irada art and he said this happened in transit. So I sent him the videos of the packages from my nest cameras so he can claim against fedex. Seven months later I still don’t have my other steel work or any response to emails, WhatsApp’s or even FaceTime calls. I am £500 out of pocket and I don’t believe how this company is selling Islamic art and scamming customers how will you justify this to Allah on the day of judgement.

GBReceived a damaged tapestry and no one… Received a damaged tapestry and no one has bothered addressing the issue. I have called both numbers, emailed numerous times and left so many messages. I have even contacted the company on Facebook and Instagram. Not one person has bothered to address my problem at all. Paid over $800 and received a damaged item and radio silence since then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

CAI bought the metallic Kun-Fayakun frame… I bought the metallic Kun-Fayakun frame from Irada. The final product turned out to be quite elegant. The price could be a little lower but overall, I am satisfied with the product. The product was shipped a little later than the original date so they sent a few stickers and a small poster as a token of appreciation. That was quite thoughtful of them. Their customer service was quite responsive as well.

The quality was nothing less than stellar.. I have heard horror stories about purchasing wall decals. The product met my expectations and then some ..

SGSalam, Salam, I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered. Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’ queries were not left unattended. Jazakallahu khair
