Received a damaged tapestry and no one… Received a damaged tapestry and no one has bothered addressing the issue. I have called both numbers, emailed numerous times and left so many messages. I have even contacted the company on Facebook and Instagram. Not one person has bothered to address my problem at all. Paid over $800 and received a damaged item and radio silence since then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The art work turns amazing at the end The art work turns amazing on the wall... installing it though is not the easiest process and the instructions eventhough it was details, a small detail was left out that caused us lots of trouble and we had to alter things to make it work at the end. I think a one page flyer with basic instructions would be helpful as well especially when it comes to arts that don’t have clear direction.
