USStuck in customs My package was shipped but has been stuck in custums in Chicago for a week already. I have contacted Bravotti but as of yet my package is still in customs.

USWould give a zero if I could I ordered a sample. I did not receive an order confirmation or shipment notification even though I was charged and I have the receipt. I have not been able to submit a ticket on their website, got an error. I have tried chatting, no response. There is apparently no way to check on the order. I have requested a refund through Paypal.

USNot a company I would patronize again. Slow shipping even though Items were in stock?. Bad customer service told me items were sent but no tracking and did not arrive as promised (a week late). Lack of communication. I was Shorted Items in my order but was still charged for them. Trying to get a refund is horrible. Not reliable. Not efficient. Not a good company to deal with. I could and will not recommend Bravotti to anyone. Bravotii will let you down.

USneed better packaging for shipping I ordered 3 boxes of the Multicolor Porcelain Mosaic Tiles Tiny Square tile for my backsplash. It arrived in 3 boxes, only 1 of which had a foam cushion around the 12 x 12 tiles. One of the other boxes was fine, no damaged tiles however the 3rd box's corner was damages and 8 or of the 11 12 x 12 tiles inside were damaged in some way-tile pieces off at one corner or entire 1 or 2 rows askew in that corner. I hope I ordered enough extra to compensate for the damaged tiles. Other than that the tiles are just what I wanted!

USGreat Product, No way to contact! It would have been a 5 star except for the fact that their communication and contacts are non existent. When we tried the online form it never was able to go through, Even after multiple attempts over multiple days so ultimately there is No way to contact, and no shipping info ever received. We did however get exactly what we ordered and for that I am satisfied.
