When I ordered the sample I expected to… When I ordered the sample I expected to wait three weeks....it arrived within ten days. The only bad thing was that all of the correspondence was in Chinese. I noticed a place on the paperwork that said ‘print in English’ I think this was an accident/error. I’m glad I took a picture of the screen when I placed my sample order or I would not have had ANY WAY to contact the vendor to order. I have not placed my order yet but plan to!!!

The quality of the tile was good and… The quality of the tile was good and resulted in a nice finished job. The product was 12" x 12" sheets of small mosaic tiles probably about 1/4" square each. Some sheets had tiles that fell out during shipment but not so many as it presented a problem. One challenge I had was finding borders. I looked for pencils that were of approximate thickness but it was difficult to find anything. If Bravotti would have offered them I would have included in my order. However, the tiles look really good installed and grouted.

GOOD Slow answering e-mails. After ordering on web site, the delivery was fast. I ordered 1 sample of 1"x1" porcelain mosaic, the color matched my expectation but the size was more a metric size. Not their fault but they should learn that doing business in USA will require US sizes.. All together I am positively happy but won't purchase from them because of the size issue.

Bravotti Black Glass Gold Metal Mosaic Tile The tile is exactly as photographed, color is true. What I did not expect was the quality. Exceptional. The metal is attached to a ceramic tile for backing, other tile makers, tiles with metal are open backed. All the tiles are straight and true. Can not wait to see it on the wall. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Ordered, then received an email for feedback, tiles arrived before expected, came from Amazon, but I ordered direct from company, although Amazon does carry this tile. Super pleased.

Not a company I would patronize again. Slow shipping even though Items were in stock?. Bad customer service told me items were sent but no tracking and did not arrive as promised (a week late). Lack of communication. I was Shorted Items in my order but was still charged for them. Trying to get a refund is horrible. Not reliable. Not efficient. Not a good company to deal with. I could and will not recommend Bravotti to anyone. Bravotii will let you down.
