We selected a tile that had to be laid… We selected a tile that had to be laid down in a pattern of several tile squares for each repetition of the pattern. They custom built the tile set to center the pattern in the actual space we had - this took several communications back forth. Once agreed they made the tile set and these then arrived here in less than a week

GOOD Slow answering e-mails. After ordering on web site, the delivery was fast. I ordered 1 sample of 1"x1" porcelain mosaic, the color matched my expectation but the size was more a metric size. Not their fault but they should learn that doing business in USA will require US sizes.. All together I am positively happy but won't purchase from them because of the size issue.
