GBThere is zero communication on order… There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.

GBStuck in customs My package was shipped but has been stuck in custums in Chicago for a week already. I have contacted Bravotti but as of yet my package is still in customs.

GBWe selected a tile that had to be laid… We selected a tile that had to be laid down in a pattern of several tile squares for each repetition of the pattern. They custom built the tile set to center the pattern in the actual space we had - this took several communications back forth. Once agreed they made the tile set and these then arrived here in less than a week

GBNo Communication On Shipment We have been repeatedly trying to contact Bravotti to find out if our order has shipped and have heard nothing. We have tried at least 5-6 times through the online chat platform and email and no one has even responded to let us know if our order which we need to complete a job for a general contractor has shipped. Very unprofessional company to deal with and no US based phone number.

GBWhen I ordered the sample I expected to… When I ordered the sample I expected to wait three weeks....it arrived within ten days. The only bad thing was that all of the correspondence was in Chinese. I noticed a place on the paperwork that said ‘print in English’ I think this was an accident/error. I’m glad I took a picture of the screen when I placed my sample order or I would not have had ANY WAY to contact the vendor to order. I have not placed my order yet but plan to!!!
