Stuck in customs My package was shipped but has been stuck in custums in Chicago for a week already. I have contacted Bravotti but as of yet my package is still in customs.

Most beautiful and amazing tiles EVER Bravotti offered the most beautiful, amazing tiles that I have ever seen anywhere else. The item we ordered is far more beautiful in person than its picture - which was amazing. Company contact via email was very pleasant. Received the order in timely fashion and all tiles were undamaged. If I could give this company more than 10 stars I would. Wonderful company and absolutely beautiful products!!!!

The tiles are truly beautiful and… The tiles are truly beautiful and everybody compliments them! I chose the pink ones and they are slightly darker than in the pictures, but still beautiful. the shipment was super fast, they were well-packaged and didn't have any problem

Order status cancelled Placed an order today, logged into my account afterwards and the order status = "cancelled." There is an area for comments but no comments were provided. Tried talking to live agent- none available. Tried to submit a ticket- error message. A few hours later a representative contacted me to advise the cancellation status was an error and advised the product was ready to be shipped. I decided not not proceed. Company offered refund. Hoping the refund will be processed with no further issues.

Great Product, No way to contact! It would have been a 5 star except for the fact that their communication and contacts are non existent. When we tried the online form it never was able to go through, Even after multiple attempts over multiple days so ultimately there is No way to contact, and no shipping info ever received. We did however get exactly what we ordered and for that I am satisfied.
