No Communication On Shipment We have been repeatedly trying to contact Bravotti to find out if our order has shipped and have heard nothing. We have tried at least 5-6 times through the online chat platform and email and no one has even responded to let us know if our order which we need to complete a job for a general contractor has shipped. Very unprofessional company to deal with and no US based phone number.

When I ordered the sample I expected to… When I ordered the sample I expected to wait three weeks....it arrived within ten days. The only bad thing was that all of the correspondence was in Chinese. I noticed a place on the paperwork that said ‘print in English’ I think this was an accident/error. I’m glad I took a picture of the screen when I placed my sample order or I would not have had ANY WAY to contact the vendor to order. I have not placed my order yet but plan to!!!

The tiles are truly beautiful and… The tiles are truly beautiful and everybody compliments them! I chose the pink ones and they are slightly darker than in the pictures, but still beautiful. the shipment was super fast, they were well-packaged and didn't have any problem

GOOD Slow answering e-mails. After ordering on web site, the delivery was fast. I ordered 1 sample of 1"x1" porcelain mosaic, the color matched my expectation but the size was more a metric size. Not their fault but they should learn that doing business in USA will require US sizes.. All together I am positively happy but won't purchase from them because of the size issue.
