Most beautiful and amazing tiles EVER Bravotti offered the most beautiful, amazing tiles that I have ever seen anywhere else. The item we ordered is far more beautiful in person than its picture - which was amazing. Company contact via email was very pleasant. Received the order in timely fashion and all tiles were undamaged. If I could give this company more than 10 stars I would. Wonderful company and absolutely beautiful products!!!!

Bravotti Black Glass Gold Metal Mosaic Tile The tile is exactly as photographed, color is true. What I did not expect was the quality. Exceptional. The metal is attached to a ceramic tile for backing, other tile makers, tiles with metal are open backed. All the tiles are straight and true. Can not wait to see it on the wall. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Ordered, then received an email for feedback, tiles arrived before expected, came from Amazon, but I ordered direct from company, although Amazon does carry this tile. Super pleased.

The tiles are truly beautiful and… The tiles are truly beautiful and everybody compliments them! I chose the pink ones and they are slightly darker than in the pictures, but still beautiful. the shipment was super fast, they were well-packaged and didn't have any problem

There is zero communication on order… There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.
