What an excellent experience What an excellent experience dealing with Migala! My sales representative Emily Haase treated us like family and was there to answer any questions we had. She made us feel more than just a sale but rather a friend that she wanted to make sure purchased exactly what we needed. We are very happy with our experience with Migala and would without a doubt recommend Migala for all your flooring needs!!

Multiple Issues - still not taken care Multiple Issues - We had carpet installed in 10 rooms in an office building. 1) the 2 guys that did the work, were very professional and busted their butts. But they were understaffed for the job. They said there was supposed to be 2 more people with them but that never happened. When I complained 3x to the sales office the VP finally called me and said they would be back on schedule by the end of that day. 2 days later we were still not on track. 2) I can see seams in most of the rooms including my office and my conference room which are the areas I use the most. I have voiced my concerns about this and still no response. 3) I like the carpet and the 2 installers worked very hard. Kudos to them. My issue is with planning and then the VP blowing smoke and never following thru with this project that was supposed to be done in just a little over 2 days. It ended up taking 4 days and I had 12 employees that could not work for part of that. Management is at fault on this one.

Bad experience Salesman very nice, but between the scheduler and installer, this has been a horrible experience! Was told installer would be here between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Never showed up until after 12:30 pm. I made several calls during this time, getting several reasons why they weren't here. When they finally showed up, lead installer read his plans wrong, was rude, and they left me with a huge mess! Then were leaving without moving my furniture back. On the lower level, they didn't bother putting my things back at all. Very poor communication from scheduler and none from installer. I took a day off work, missed a scheduled appointment. Not sure I would use Migala again and would not recommend them to others.

My problem was not with Migala but … My problem was not with Migala but stainmaster. I purchased a carpet in 2015 and by 2017 it looked 10 years old. InVista took forever to decide to replace it and then ordered the wrong color which delayed installation another month. Finally got another carpet installed and Migala was awesome.

Carpet took 3 months! Ordered March 3. Finally installed May 6. Problem with side match. (2 different colors). Reinstalled June 3. Meanwhile, all of our furniture was moved out of the bedroom, total inconvenience for 3+ months. Every time the installer went outside, he left the front door wide open. After they "cleaned up" and left, I almost stepped on an open safety pin left on the floor. They also left a pop can on our headboard, and the sliding door wide open.
