USCarpet took 3 months! Ordered March 3. Finally installed May 6. Problem with side match. (2 different colors). Reinstalled June 3. Meanwhile, all of our furniture was moved out of the bedroom, total inconvenience for 3+ months. Every time the installer went outside, he left the front door wide open. After they "cleaned up" and left, I almost stepped on an open safety pin left on the floor. They also left a pop can on our headboard, and the sliding door wide open.

USExcellent workmanship The "artist" doing our tiling was very professional, the result exceeded our expectation. The only glitches were from the warehouse, where some of our order didn't get sent with the rest of our materials. This caused a 1 day delay in finishing the job.

USsales team knowledge of product Purchased Italian tile which is a great quality product for entryway (12x24" tile and mosaic tile 1x3" for edges). I'd spoke with sales team numerous times about having a random pattern for the mosaic tiles and it was never mentioned that if the factory didn't provide laminated backed mosaic's in a random pattern (which factory doesn't do), they basically wouldn't do the install (which factory doesn't do), as it takes a lot longer to do them individually. I learned of all this the day the installer (very nice, knowledgeable guy) showed up to do the install, which I ultimately had to cancel.

USExcellent product and service. I've had no issues or concerns with Migala. I had to change my installation date twice and it wasn't a problem. I am getting ready to order the "second phase" of carpeting to be installed in the basement and I can't wait to see how great it looks! Claire was an excellent sales/service associate. Highly recommend Migala.
