GBMultiple Issues - still not taken care Multiple Issues - We had carpet installed in 10 rooms in an office building. 1) the 2 guys that did the work, were very professional and busted their butts. But they were understaffed for the job. They said there was supposed to be 2 more people with them but that never happened. When I complained 3x to the sales office the VP finally called me and said they would be back on schedule by the end of that day. 2 days later we were still not on track. 2) I can see seams in most of the rooms including my office and my conference room which are the areas I use the most. I have voiced my concerns about this and still no response. 3) I like the carpet and the 2 installers worked very hard. Kudos to them. My issue is with planning and then the VP blowing smoke and never following thru with this project that was supposed to be done in just a little over 2 days. It ended up taking 4 days and I had 12 employees that could not work for part of that. Management is at fault on this one.

GBExcellent!! Even before we walked into Migala that afternoon, we knew we were making a wonderful decision. After speaking to Phyllis about the different colors and samples, we decided on Karistan. We love the carpet and can't wait to do the next room.

GBCarpet took 3 months! Ordered March 3. Finally installed May 6. Problem with side match. (2 different colors). Reinstalled June 3. Meanwhile, all of our furniture was moved out of the bedroom, total inconvenience for 3+ months. Every time the installer went outside, he left the front door wide open. After they "cleaned up" and left, I almost stepped on an open safety pin left on the floor. They also left a pop can on our headboard, and the sliding door wide open.
