What an excellent experience What an excellent experience dealing with Migala! My sales representative Emily Haase treated us like family and was there to answer any questions we had. She made us feel more than just a sale but rather a friend that she wanted to make sure purchased exactly what we needed. We are very happy with our experience with Migala and would without a doubt recommend Migala for all your flooring needs!!

Carpet took 3 months! Ordered March 3. Finally installed May 6. Problem with side match. (2 different colors). Reinstalled June 3. Meanwhile, all of our furniture was moved out of the bedroom, total inconvenience for 3+ months. Every time the installer went outside, he left the front door wide open. After they "cleaned up" and left, I almost stepped on an open safety pin left on the floor. They also left a pop can on our headboard, and the sliding door wide open.

Excellent!! Even before we walked into Migala that afternoon, we knew we were making a wonderful decision. After speaking to Phyllis about the different colors and samples, we decided on Karistan. We love the carpet and can't wait to do the next room.

Kim Sikkema in the Migala Carpet One … Kim Sikkema in the Migala Carpet One Floor & Home at 6400 Gull Road in Kalamazoo – MI – 49048 was my sales rep and she was OUTSTANDING! I appreciated the time, patience and guidance she provided. Additionally the team that installed my carpet were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, the professional who came out post my home move to assess an issue (due to movers) was great. Overall all...beautiful product and excellent service provided by this team! Thank you, Karen

Service We just started our remodeling project and had many many ideas but not a good timeline. They were excellent in working within our budget and flexible in our multiple changes. We were given options within our budget. We never felt rushed or pushed. They delivered as promised. I would highly recommend them.
