Service We just started our remodeling project and had many many ideas but not a good timeline. They were excellent in working within our budget and flexible in our multiple changes. We were given options within our budget. We never felt rushed or pushed. They delivered as promised. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent product and service. I've had no issues or concerns with Migala. I had to change my installation date twice and it wasn't a problem. I am getting ready to order the "second phase" of carpeting to be installed in the basement and I can't wait to see how great it looks! Claire was an excellent sales/service associate. Highly recommend Migala.

I appreciated the time, patience and guidance she provided. Additionally the team that installed my carpet were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Multiple Issues - still not taken care Multiple Issues - We had carpet installed in 10 rooms in an office building. 1) the 2 guys that did the work, were very professional and busted their butts. But they were understaffed for the job. They said there was supposed to be 2 more people with them but that never happened. When I complained 3x to the sales office the VP finally called me and said they would be back on schedule by the end of that day. 2 days later we were still not on track. 2) I can see seams in most of the rooms including my office and my conference room which are the areas I use the most. I have voiced my concerns about this and still no response. 3) I like the carpet and the 2 installers worked very hard. Kudos to them. My issue is with planning and then the VP blowing smoke and never following thru with this project that was supposed to be done in just a little over 2 days. It ended up taking 4 days and I had 12 employees that could not work for part of that. Management is at fault on this one.

Great experience with Migala Carpet One Working with Migala Carpet One has been a pleasure. I have found the personel at the Portage location to be friendly and very helpful. Aside from having to wait longer than expected to get a date for my carpet to be installed, everything went smoothly. The installers did a excellent job and were courteous and careful when moving our belongings.
