Using Havenly for third time and love result I’m on path building my dream home in one bedroom Brooklyn rental apartment. In some point I realized I need help and discovered Havenly designer services. I just finished third project using Havenly and I’m really love how my apartment looks more and more like me. My designer Emily replies super quickly to my messages and she offered so many options for furniture and accessories to buy directly from Havenly! She was open for my ideas and living room she created for me looks just perfectly cozy and functional.

When an item I ordered came damaged, Gabriela was quick to assist. She has my highest recommendation and I look forward to working with her in the future.

DO NOT order a Sauna from Havenly DO NOT order a Sauna from Havenly. We did and we regret it greatly. The sauna kit got run over by a semi and they would not let us return it. We never got what we ordered and they did not help us out making sure we did. Definitely a buyer beware situation! They are a horrible company. The reply from Havenly is ridiculous, we spoke to them over 20 times it was like a part time job… do not order from them they don’t care if you get a damaged sauna… go with someone else.. anyone else!

Lucia is amazing OMG, Lucia was amazing and went above and beyond to transform our chaotic living room into a peaceful and cozy space that centers relaxation and socializing while keeping its function in our busy household. Her design was beautiful. She was so collaborative in bringing our vision to life and found creative solutions to our needs and oddly shaped room. We were instantly drawn to Lucia’s style and beautiful renderings. She was a pleasure to work with and was able to draw out our style, which doesn’t neatly fit into standard boxes. As US-based clients, we found that working with an international designer brought fresh ideas that we loved to our design.

Got a lot more than I was expecting My designer was Angelica Henriquez and she was amazing. Loved her personality. When I first went through the call, I was just spewing all the things wrong with the space and she resolved them all! I had already sent in the photos, so she did have time to review those. I did have to wait quite a while for my first appointment, but I'm assuming the business is taking off and they're getting busier! After the initial call, she made some tweaks. There was an option for another call, but I only needed to correspond via the online platform. My main concern was how to arrange furniture in a somewhat odd space that is a dining room, with a fireplace. Wanting to make the fireplace area more cozy--and we did! I had not thought of arranging furniture in the way Angelica provided. Loved that you could shop right from the screens, plus the overhead blueprint also gave you the sizing.
