GBI am furnishing a home long distance-… I am furnishing a home long distance- wan dipietro was a great designer- accessible,respectful,thoughtful- in tune with my vision. She was on time for all zoom appointments and communicated easily thru the havenly site. I have received 1/3 of my furnishes to date- all going smoothly- the rest won’t be in for a month- only downside!

GBTried to use this service once and at… Tried to use this service once and at its origins it was good. In 2024, horrible - no communication and the designer did not even cancel - she simply stood me up. I cleared my AM to take a 7:30 call and that woman did not even deem necessary to notify she is not showing up. Trying to get my money back and will make sure that all my friends are aware of this scam.

GBUsing Havenly for third time and love result I’m on path building my dream home in one bedroom Brooklyn rental apartment. In some point I realized I need help and discovered Havenly designer services. I just finished third project using Havenly and I’m really love how my apartment looks more and more like me. My designer Emily replies super quickly to my messages and she offered so many options for furniture and accessories to buy directly from Havenly! She was open for my ideas and living room she created for me looks just perfectly cozy and functional.

GBA dream come true! Regina is a design goddess! This has been the BEST experience! Regina, our designer, has been incredible. She made my chaotic/rough idea of what I wanted come to life and it's even better than I imagined. She is highly communicative and made adjustments to the concepts/designs/products throughout the process to ensure we stayed within my budget and aligned with my preferences. She thoughtfully picked out pieces based on me and my fiancés lifestyle and our next chapters of life. Regina designed a gorgeous living room and dining room for us and I will be snagging her for our primary bedroom next!

GBIgnored and disregarded Already felt a bit bait and switched when the prices for their 50% off sale were artificially higher, but ignored the red flag. Havenly cancelled my designer 'due to high demand'. I then found out she was still available, but another week later, which means they just put someone in front of me. I guess they were more important? I already was waiting 2 weeks for that designer to start (which is on the low end - most are going to wait over a month before they even start working on your project). When they cancelled the designer, I lost my 'place in line' and had to start the wait over again. I reached out to customer support who repeatedly ignored/disregarded/declined to address any of my concerns. It seems like unless you're a big spender you are completely unimportant and deprioritized. That's a fair business choice, but I wish they'd at least just process my refund once I found out I was going to have an abysmal experience.
