The account holder has written to you about terminator his contract after 6 yrs and you have informed him he has to stay another r years because he got an outdoor camera…. How dare you try to swindle this senior citizen out of his money… you called his house and told him you want him to pay….AMPSMART YOU ARE HORRIBLE….I have spoken to a lawyer regarding how you are trying to steal my money….

GBTerrible company to do business with Terrible company to do business with. Will not work with you at all. A lot of fine print that is easy to miss. There are many more services less costly. Even though your contract is set to expire they still require a written letter or they will automatically renew. Run, DON’T WALK from this company. You have been forewarned. Two relatives learned the hardway

GBThey basically hold you hostage in your… They basically hold you hostage in your contract. Make sure everyone reads the fine print and be sure to remember after your LONG 5 year contract that you have to submit in writing 30 days prior to your end date that you wish to cancel your contract otherwise they will auto renew the WHOLE contract for another 5 years and you cannot get out of it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

GBI only gave them one star because… I only gave them one star because that’s the only way you can write a review. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Their security systems are great however I had a stroke in November I contacted them they said to call them back so I called them back in March, they said I needed to have a doctors note or something showing I was unable to pay my bill so my doctor wrote a letter stating because of medical reasons I wasn’t able to work therefore unable to pay my bill. After emailing them the letter they stated they could not cancel my services. They could only freeze them for six months after six months I would have to continue my monthly payments , I don’t know about anybody else but when someone can have a stroke can no longer walk can no longer work and they will not cancel services that’s wrong.
