Six year contract, regardless that our door bell camera and overhead garage camera never worked properly even after service calls. We were told by the technicians that because of the heat in Texas, it interferes with the signal. Camera was always in a shaded area… complete nonsense. More than 50% of the time, it couldn’t pick up what was happening right on the porch. Nor could it maintain a constant connection at night. Not good when I caught a stalker trying to look through my daughter’s window. Their early termination fee, pay the entirety of the contract, even if you want to send the equipment back. With Ring, I haven’t missed a single thing happening around my house. Save yourself from YEARS of grief, go with any other company than AMP Smart.

GBI would leave a zero rating if I could. I would leave a zero rating if I could. High pressure sales, salesperson uses words to make you think you are getting a good deal, when it's obviously overpriced for the service. When the subscription is over after 5 years, they auto renew it without giving a heads up about continuing charges. Horrible service, cameras always going out, having to restart it, by that time what you were hoping to see is gone. Total scam!

GBTerrible company to do business with Terrible company to do business with. Will not work with you at all. A lot of fine print that is easy to miss. There are many more services less costly. Even though your contract is set to expire they still require a written letter or they will automatically renew. Run, DON’T WALK from this company. You have been forewarned. GBTech support I just switched my network from spectrum to fronteir and needed to get my network connection for my cameras and alarm switched to the new network. Arthur was very patient and helpful.
