YOURE SIGNING A 5 YEAR CONTRACT DO NOT… YOURE SIGNING A 5 YEAR CONTRACT AKA 60 MONTHS DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM I WAS DONE WITH ANOTHER COMPANYS CONTRACT PAYING 45$ A MONTH THEY SOLD ME WITH DOORBELL CAMERA THAT THE INSTALL WAS UGLY DRILLED THROUGH MY BRICK HOUSE WITHOUT SAYING SO WHY WOULD I SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT FOR 5 YEARS AND HIGHER A MONTH OVER $70 WHEN THEY ARE USING THE REST OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS 4 YEARS OLD. SLICK TALKING SALESMEN THAT WILL SKIP OVER EVERYTHING DOCUSIGN YOUR CONTRACT AND FAST TALK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING. TERRIBLE COMPANY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Meryl was great Meryl was great. Knew how to help me with a door bypass and installing a new CO detector. Had great communication skills and easy to discuss things with.

I only gave them one star because… I only gave them one star because that’s the only way you can write a review. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Their security systems are great however I had a stroke in November I contacted them they said to call them back so I called them back in March, they said I needed to have a doctors note or something showing I was unable to pay my bill so my doctor wrote a letter stating because of medical reasons I wasn’t able to work therefore unable to pay my bill. After emailing them the letter they stated they could not cancel my services. They could only freeze them for six months after six months I would have to continue my monthly payments , I don’t know about anybody else but when someone can have a stroke can no longer walk can no longer work and they will not cancel services that’s wrong.

Terrible company to do business with Terrible company to do business with. Will not work with you at all. A lot of fine print that is easy to miss. There are many more services less costly. Even though your contract is set to expire they still require a written letter or they will automatically renew. Run, DON’T WALK from this company. You have been forewarned. Two relatives learned the hardway

They basically hold you hostage in your… They basically hold you hostage in your contract. Make sure everyone reads the fine print and be sure to remember after your LONG 5 year contract that you have to submit in writing 30 days prior to your end date that you wish to cancel your contract otherwise they will auto renew the WHOLE contract for another 5 years and you cannot get out of it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
