Ordered 2 Meyer Lemon Trees back in… expires 1/31/21 coupon will expire 1/31 Ordered 2 Meyer Lemon Trees back in June or July 2020. Received and were alive and well. However, when weather got cooler moved both of them into our house and 1 Immediately started losing leaves and died. I had bought the spray for spiders etc. Tried to reach out to BB when I could not use my guarantee or the $10.00 coupon sent with my purchase. Need help to redeem guarantee and coupon so to purchase another Lemon tree. Please Help.

Fed ex didn't follow directions on box… Fed ex didn't follow directions on box of which way was up. They came a mess and half out of their containers. Im wondering if shrink wrapping the pot around the stems would keep thinks intact better than the zip tie and bag method used.

Great Website, Bad Shipping Condition, Terrible Warranty Of the three trees we bought from Brighter Blooms, only one arrived in decent shape. Luckily, all seemed to recover during the summer growing season. Unfortunately, one didn't make it. Brighter Blooms offers a 1 year warranty. We were a few days over the warranty period when we made the claim - we weren't sure the tree was dead until it failed to grow leaves this spring. Brighter Blooms said that we were out of luck. They would have received 3 stars due to bad communication regarding product shipping and poor condition on arrival but good prices and great website info. They lost a star because of the warranty issue. I know we were technical a few days outside the warranty, but companies with good customer service would have honored it.

The company did not respect their… The company did not respect their warranty issue to customer. Even try to claim for replacement of plant died within warranty period. Very very bad business. Strongly recommend not buy any plants from this nursery.

Very nice, healthy trees. I just received my order of 2 hybrid dogwood trees. For some reason, FedEx decided to keep them for an extra day but they arrived in great condition -- undoubtedly because they were so well packaged. Since I'm still undecided on where I'm going to plant them I decided to re-pot them for now. That way I can keep them close to a water source and care for them better until I put them in the ground. These are healthy, robust trees so I'm confident they're going to thrive.
