GBVery nice, healthy trees. I just received my order of 2 hybrid dogwood trees. For some reason, FedEx decided to keep them for an extra day but they arrived in great condition -- undoubtedly because they were so well packaged. Since I'm still undecided on where I'm going to plant them I decided to re-pot them for now. That way I can keep them close to a water source and care for them better until I put them in the ground. These are healthy, robust trees so I'm confident they're going to thrive.

GBYou lose warrantee if you look at the plant. Recieved rose bush with dead blooms. When inquired about refund was told everything must be in original packaging unopened. Once package is open. Guarentee is gone. They should be named BrighterScams. Avoid using these folks unless you like giving money for trash.

GBGreat Website, Bad Shipping Condition, Terrible Warranty Of the three trees we bought from Brighter Blooms, only one arrived in decent shape. Luckily, all seemed to recover during the summer growing season. Unfortunately, one didn't make it. Brighter Blooms offers a 1 year warranty. We were a few days over the warranty period when we made the claim - we weren't sure the tree was dead until it failed to grow leaves this spring. Brighter Blooms said that we were out of luck. They would have received 3 stars due to bad communication regarding product shipping and poor condition on arrival but good prices and great website info. They lost a star because of the warranty issue. I know we were technical a few days outside the warranty, but companies with good customer service would have honored it.

GBPlant arrived with dead leaves. Horrible Customer service. Company spend time grooming reviews and trust ratings. Plant leaves completely dead upon arrival, and monstera arrived half the size as seen on website or reviews. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was normal for plants to come in the condition they came in and that I was buying the monstera by pot size than plant size. In addition the their website would not let me attach photos in reviews. Seems like they spend time and money grooming their reviews on site and on Trustpilot as well as BBB. Really disappointed with this company. DO NOT ORDER your plants from here.

GBI should have added the shipping… I should have added the shipping insurance. My plants arrived in beatten up open boxes. The Fed Ex driver held them together. The plants are shipped with the root ball in a plastic bags. I immediately planted them in pots used some Thrive and am hoping for the best. They are 5 gallon Wax Myrtles which are pretty resistant pants. For the almost $400 dollars spent for 6 plants....I expected better. I live in a rural area and am at the mercy of mail order businesses. Everyone seems to have an excuse for mediocre service during the pandemic. Especially shipping services.
