Plant arrived with dead leaves. Horrible Customer service. Company spend time grooming reviews and trust ratings. Plant leaves completely dead upon arrival, and monstera arrived half the size as seen on website or reviews. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was normal for plants to come in the condition they came in and that I was buying the monstera by pot size than plant size. In addition the their website would not let me attach photos in reviews. Seems like they spend time and money grooming their reviews on site and on Trustpilot as well as BBB. Really disappointed with this company. DO NOT ORDER your plants from here.

Received a Crimson Maple from Brighter… Received a Crimson Maple from Brighter Blooms Nursery, for our 50th Anniversary from our Daughter, nothing but a twig, called this place -sent a picture of the twig, and they do not stand behind it, daughter even took out the Warranty Insurance, paid around $200. for this lost cause and now she is out the money. This is a scam, they send you a twig that is dead--do not order from here -shop locally - you are better off. This Website should be investigated.

Fed ex didn't follow directions on box… Fed ex didn't follow directions on box of which way was up. They came a mess and half out of their containers. Im wondering if shrink wrapping the pot around the stems would keep thinks intact better than the zip tie and bag method used.

The company did not respect their… The company did not respect their warranty issue to customer. Even try to claim for replacement of plant died within warranty period. Very very bad business. Strongly recommend not buy any plants from this nursery.
