GBDo not buy from this company! I ordered a crocus pot for my dying cousin. I could not find any blooming crocuses locally. The picture of the pot was beautiful. What she received was a 4 inch tall pot with white crocuses & 2 purple ones which promptly bloomed & died. I can't believe I paid $59 for it! It was totally embarassing...that tiny pot alongside all of the other beautiful flowers she received. And I ordered them because crocuses are her favorite flower! NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBTerrible delivery I purchased a Chicago Hardy Fig Tree from them on June 10, 2020. Tomorrow is the 4th of July and they have marked it as fulfilled. Fed Ex status indicates they have been notified of a pickup but it actually hasn't shipped. Brighter Blooms had no issue charging me back in early June. I actually expect this to be a dead tree based on my experience so far

GBThe company did not respect their… The company did not respect their warranty issue to customer. Even try to claim for replacement of plant died within warranty period. Very very bad business. Strongly recommend not buy any plants from this nursery.

GBYou lose warrantee if you look at the plant. Recieved rose bush with dead blooms. When inquired about refund was told everything must be in original packaging unopened. Once package is open. Guarentee is gone. They should be named BrighterScams. Avoid using these folks unless you like giving money for trash.

GBAbove expectations We had some questions about plant care. They were very easy to contact, spent time reviewing our photos and gave great advice. They went well above expectations to help us with a plant order that went slightly awry. They really did more than necessary, and we appreciated it very much. We had no prior experience with this nursery but would order from them again.
