That was at the end of November.their policy says they will refund your money as long as you inform them I am still waiting for some kind of refund. I have done everything that was requested of me by the shop Very disappointed

Easy For overseas customers, we do not have choice of picking Our own country. As a result, what I experienced, my order was gone to another country. Hope you can improve the ordering process for an overseas customers like me.

Not sure yet My purchase was received damaged- the plastic had slid off the picture and it arrived all scratched in one corner and a scrape in the middle of the picture. I reported it and am waiting for a replacement.

delivery is way to long Hi, This is my first time using this site, I've placed in order on the 31 Jan and my package said it won't be deliver until the 12 Feb. I think the delivery is taking way to long to arrive.
