GBStill missing product/refund I ordered some Tusk Elephants from Music City Gifts. When my order got to my house (which was quite fast) I was missing an elephant. On the invoice form it said out of stock, credit issued. I have not received an e-mail nor a phone call nor anything else for that matter. I have yet to see the credit or the product that I wanted. For this reason is why it is a low rating. They did ship the order out quickly (at least some of it).

GBAlways great service! Whenever I order from Music City Cards and Gifts, I get reliable service. My order is shipped right away. I am personally called if there is going to be a delay in shipping.

GBBroken because the piece I was purchasing was a collectible (not new), I called first to ask about the condition. I was told it was in great condition had the box and the tag. All of which was true. However, when my order arrived, there was a small piece that was broken off. I just wish this information would have been disclosed as well.

GBHello,! somebody communicate with me!!!!! Only contact from Music City has been to confirm that order was placed. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received any confirmation that the order has been processed or dispatched. I am beginning to feel that this is a bogus company. I understand that delivery time from U.S to U.K will be little longer than normal but I paid over $50.00 for delivery so I am expecting better service than I already have received. If I get the goods before Christmas, I may use site again, if not then no way. This is a present for my wife. Not happy so far. 1 star only coz its Christmas time

GBGood service, poor shipping expenses I got my stuff quickly. It was good quality. Had to pay two shipping costs for two of same, small items, going to the same address. Other than extra shipping cost, items were good, transactions were easy.
