GBWould not order from this site again!!! I ordered from this site once, received my item damaged and sent it back. No, I did not read or see the disclaimers to not send back a damaged item, so after 3 weeks of the store having received the item and having had ample time to claim the insurance, they call & rudely insult and berrate me. Not cool!! What would I want with a damaged item and why in 3 weeks did you not claim the insurance on the item?? What would I have to talk to your insurance company for?? Absolutely no reason!! So disgusted with the service and will never order from this site again!!! I still have yet to receive a refund!! Worst experience ever!!!

IDEasy For overseas customers, we do not have choice of picking Our own country. As a result, what I experienced, my order was gone to another country. Hope you can improve the ordering process for an overseas customers like me.

GBSent very quickly and professionally. I was satisfied with the product and the way it was shipped. I was not happy with FedEx they did not deliver when promised so i did not have the gift for Christmas.

GBHello,! somebody communicate with me!!!!! Only contact from Music City has been to confirm that order was placed. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received any confirmation that the order has been processed or dispatched. I am beginning to feel that this is a bogus company. I understand that delivery time from U.S to U.K will be little longer than normal but I paid over $50.00 for delivery so I am expecting better service than I already have received. If I get the goods before Christmas, I may use site again, if not then no way. This is a present for my wife. Not happy so far. 1 star only coz its Christmas time

GBNot sure yet My purchase was received damaged- the plastic had slid off the picture and it arrived all scratched in one corner and a scrape in the middle of the picture. I reported it and am waiting for a replacement.
