Item arrived broken I am hoping to resolve this issue but until that time I have to give a low rating. The item I ordered came broken. I have called and sent and email to Music City Gifts and am hoping to hear from them soon with instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund.

I was happy to receive my painted pony… I was happy to receive my painted pony in good time but it arrived with 4 broken legs I informed the staff of Music City gifts as soon as I received it. That was at the end of November.their policy says they will refund your money as long as you inform them I am still waiting for some kind of refund. I have done everything that was requested of me by the shop Very disappointed

delivery is way to long Hi, This is my first time using this site, I've placed in order on the 31 Jan and my package said it won't be deliver until the 12 Feb. I think the delivery is taking way to long to arrive.

My item was broken I purchased a Cow Parade Ballerina Munchkin from this site and although well packaged, one of the ears had broken off during transit. I have emailed the company but have had no response! Not happy.

Would not order from this site again!!! I ordered from this site once, received my item damaged and sent it back. No, I did not read or see the disclaimers to not send back a damaged item, so after 3 weeks of the store having received the item and having had ample time to claim the insurance, they call & rudely insult and berrate me. Not cool!! What would I want with a damaged item and why in 3 weeks did you not claim the insurance on the item?? What would I have to talk to your insurance company for?? Absolutely no reason!! So disgusted with the service and will never order from this site again!!! I still have yet to receive a refund!! Worst experience ever!!!
