GBGreat customer service and products! I have ordered a few things from here, and never had any problems. The site is easy to use and offers great deals on my Trail of Painted Ponies figurines. I received one item that was slightly damaged, and when I called, they did not have another on hand to replace it so they just substituted the next figurine on my list, even though it cost a few dollars more. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and eager to make me happy again. I was bummed they didn't have the same figurine, but that will not stop me from shopping here agian.

GBHello,! somebody communicate with me!!!!! Only contact from Music City has been to confirm that order was placed. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received any confirmation that the order has been processed or dispatched. I am beginning to feel that this is a bogus company. I understand that delivery time from U.S to U.K will be little longer than normal but I paid over $50.00 for delivery so I am expecting better service than I already have received. If I get the goods before Christmas, I may use site again, if not then no way. This is a present for my wife. Not happy so far. 1 star only coz its Christmas time

GBItem arrived broken I am hoping to resolve this issue but until that time I have to give a low rating. The item I ordered came broken. I have called and sent and email to Music City Gifts and am hoping to hear from them soon with instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund.

GBIt is hard to review the products since I have not gotten them. I placed my order on Jan 17, 2014 and still have not gotten it. Nor have I heard anything from your company. If there is a problem with the order it would be nice for you to contact me or give me a tracking number.
