Sent very quickly and professionally. I was satisfied with the product and the way it was shipped. I was not happy with FedEx they did not deliver when promised so i did not have the gift for Christmas.

Hello,! somebody communicate with me!!!!! Only contact from Music City has been to confirm that order was placed. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received any confirmation that the order has been processed or dispatched. I am beginning to feel that this is a bogus company. I understand that delivery time from U.S to U.K will be little longer than normal but I paid over $50.00 for delivery so I am expecting better service than I already have received. If I get the goods before Christmas, I may use site again, if not then no way. This is a present for my wife. Not happy so far. 1 star only coz its Christmas time

It is hard to review the products since I have not gotten them. I placed my order on Jan 17, 2014 and still have not gotten it. Nor have I heard anything from your company. If there is a problem with the order it would be nice for you to contact me or give me a tracking number.

Great purchase! Although I found web site a bit "jumbled" and disorganized, the selection of products is incredible. I found what I was looking for at a very good price. I thought shipping was a bit pricey. However, when package came, it was packaged so well and with such care, it looked like any item inside would be virtually impossible to be damaged/broken. All in all, very pleased with my selections!

No longer waiting... Package arrived today. One of the wings on the flying monkey was broken and his tail was broken off. Very disappointing, after waiting so long, eleven days total. Too late to return and make it back for Christmas, and at this point I would not trust that the outcome of my unreasonable wait would be anything different than disappointment. I am in the process of attempting to return the damage item for a total refund which should include the cost of shipping it back, but I'm getting no response from this company to email or phone messages left . All I want now is my money back and good bye and good riddance for me.
