pricey but fast delivery and nice product. very fast shipping and in great condition. I do believe quite a bit overpriced - especially when you add S&H in.

Good service, poor shipping expenses I got my stuff quickly. It was good quality. Had to pay two shipping costs for two of same, small items, going to the same address. Other than extra shipping cost, items were good, transactions were easy.

It is hard to review the products since I have not gotten them. I placed my order on Jan 17, 2014 and still have not gotten it. Nor have I heard anything from your company. If there is a problem with the order it would be nice for you to contact me or give me a tracking number.

I was happy to receive my painted pony… I was happy to receive my painted pony in good time but it arrived with 4 broken legs I informed the staff of Music City gifts as soon as I received it. That was at the end of November.their policy says they will refund your money as long as you inform them I am still waiting for some kind of refund. I have done everything that was requested of me by the shop Very disappointed

No longer waiting... Package arrived today. One of the wings on the flying monkey was broken and his tail was broken off. Very disappointing, after waiting so long, eleven days total. Too late to return and make it back for Christmas, and at this point I would not trust that the outcome of my unreasonable wait would be anything different than disappointment. I am in the process of attempting to return the damage item for a total refund which should include the cost of shipping it back, but I'm getting no response from this company to email or phone messages left . All I want now is my money back and good bye and good riddance for me.
