Here it is the end of November and… Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Anyone else noticed how literally every… Anyone else noticed how literally every 5-star review they have here mentions a specific salesperson who helped them? That's because they're writing their own reviews. Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.

I walked into american freight and was… I walked into american freight and was welcomed so politely with a man named Larry. I then purchased a livingroom suite and bed frame. He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . I would definitely recommend Larry in at 718 hope hollow rd. carnegie,pa,15106.thanks Larry

The furniture is crap The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

Do NOT shop here!!! Do NOT shop here!!! Management is included in scam ring. They are stealing items that belong to customers without proper investigation. I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.
