I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

Absolute scam artists Absolute scam artists. Sold us washing machine with "superficial" ding in it. After delivery it was making horrible noises. LG came out four time to repair it. The last guy out showed how the bottom, underneath was broken. The only that could happen was being dropped. Since all sales are final nothing we can do.

The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! The product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

Laurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up.
