The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. The furniture is crap The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.
