I walked into american freight and was… I walked into american freight and was welcomed so politely with a man named Larry. I then purchased a livingroom suite and bed frame. He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . I would definitely recommend Larry in at 718 hope hollow rd. carnegie,pa,15106.thanks Larry

Worst place to buy furniture Worst place to buy furniture, poor quality, easily breaks during delivery. Don't waste your time and money. Their website/adds are just to attract customers to drive extra mile, but in reality, you will get poor/damaged/mostly returned furniture.

From inside the store with Treg &… From inside the store with Treg & Tyler, to the men who delivered my items, my experience was exceptional! Everyone was very personable, helpful and supportive. The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! THANK YOU!

Damaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

WARNING…WARNING….these criminals will… WARNING…WARNING….these criminals will charge you for new furniture but will deliver to you worthless broken factory defective merchandise..as I just found out ..,and then they have trained there employees to laugh at you and make you so upset you might have a heart attack as they laugh in your face and refuse to give a refund or take it back and bring you what you paid for..lowest forms of non American scum bag criminals
