The last guy out showed how the bottom, underneath was broken. The only that could happen was being dropped. Since all sales are final nothing we can do.

The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.
