Bought a washer that was defective from manufacturer didn't know that till 2 months later. They wouldn't give a refund and repair took so long we bought another washer from lowes where they sell good stuff. So we are out about 550.00 . Thanks alot american freight. I recommend to everyone save your time and money shop elsewhere american freight is a joke that sells junk.

Great Appliances at a Great Price! My neighbor had a dishwasher that was falling apart. I wanted to get them something nice and useful for Christmas, so I went to American Freight to get them a new dishwasher. I was really pleased with the team at the West Covina store. My online order was fulfilled and ready to go when I got there. The new unit is installed and it's just awesome. Really happy this purchase!

Laurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!

He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . The product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.
