He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . GBLaurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!

GBThe furniture is crap The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

GBHere it is the end of November and… Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
