Great Appliances at a Great Price! My neighbor had a dishwasher that was falling apart. I wanted to get them something nice and useful for Christmas, so I went to American Freight to get them a new dishwasher. I was really pleased with the team at the West Covina store. My online order was fulfilled and ready to go when I got there. The new unit is installed and it's just awesome. Really happy this purchase!

ALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE! ALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE!! Make sure you verify every appliance and every piece that comes with the appliance that is needed. The incompetence at this location is high, there is no list of materials connected with the order. Make sure to go through everything to verify! We purchased a down draft range for $2400 and when going to instal the blower/motor was missing. We thought it was inside because the accessories for it were, but there was no blower. We had to spend an additional $300 to purchase a new one after the store told us that their employee acknowledged that the blower was included and that we are wrong. Buy anywhere else but here!!

The product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

Damaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

Worst place to buy furniture Worst place to buy furniture, poor quality, easily breaks during delivery. Don't waste your time and money. Their website/adds are just to attract customers to drive extra mile, but in reality, you will get poor/damaged/mostly returned furniture.
