Do NOT shop here!!! Do NOT shop here!!! Management is included in scam ring. They are stealing items that belong to customers without proper investigation. I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

From inside the store with Treg &… From inside the store with Treg & Tyler, to the men who delivered my items, my experience was exceptional! Everyone was very personable, helpful and supportive. The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! DO NOT come to the store in Lexington… DO NOT come to the store in Lexington Kentucky. I was always happy before but this last experience was terrible. The manager was so rule, she was absolutely no help with my damaged furniture. I will not ever be buying from this store again .

Would recommend store for appliances. Staff acceptable in complying with our needs. Great to get what we needed without waiting three weeks which is what we were promised by big box stores. Holiday, Florida store just opened so they had to used to new company compliances. Their delivery has much to learn. Used inexperienced personnel and delivery methods that must be updated to compete.
