He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . Damaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

Worst place to buy furniture Worst place to buy furniture, poor quality, easily breaks during delivery. Don't waste your time and money. Their website/adds are just to attract customers to drive extra mile, but in reality, you will get poor/damaged/mostly returned furniture.

Here it is the end of November and… Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
