GBThe furniture is crap The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

GBLaurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!

GBAnyone else noticed how literally every… Anyone else noticed how literally every 5-star review they have here mentions a specific salesperson who helped them? That's because they're writing their own reviews. Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.
