The furniture is crap The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

Shopped the store on spiral drive Shopped the store on spiral drive. This place sells junk. They hide behind all sales are final. Bought a washer that was defective from manufacturer didn't know that till 2 months later. They wouldn't give a refund and repair took so long we bought another washer from lowes where they sell good stuff. So we are out about 550.00 . Thanks alot american freight. I recommend to everyone save your time and money shop elsewhere american freight is a joke that sells junk.

He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! ALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE! ALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE!! Make sure you verify every appliance and every piece that comes with the appliance that is needed. The incompetence at this location is high, there is no list of materials connected with the order. Make sure to go through everything to verify! We purchased a down draft range for $2400 and when going to instal the blower/motor was missing. We thought it was inside because the accessories for it were, but there was no blower. We had to spend an additional $300 to purchase a new one after the store told us that their employee acknowledged that the blower was included and that we are wrong. Buy anywhere else but here!!
