GBHere it is the end of November and… Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

GBWould recommend store for appliances. Staff acceptable in complying with our needs. Great to get what we needed without waiting three weeks which is what we were promised by big box stores. Holiday, Florida store just opened so they had to used to new company compliances. Their delivery has much to learn. Used inexperienced personnel and delivery methods that must be updated to compete.

GBThe product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

GBDamaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

GBLaurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!
