He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . GBWould recommend store for appliances. Staff acceptable in complying with our needs. Great to get what we needed without waiting three weeks which is what we were promised by big box stores. Holiday, Florida store just opened so they had to used to new company compliances. Their delivery has much to learn. Used inexperienced personnel and delivery methods that must be updated to compete.

The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight!
