GBThe product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

GBALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE! ALL FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE!! Make sure you verify every appliance and every piece that comes with the appliance that is needed. The incompetence at this location is high, there is no list of materials connected with the order. Make sure to go through everything to verify! We purchased a down draft range for $2400 and when going to instal the blower/motor was missing. We thought it was inside because the accessories for it were, but there was no blower. We had to spend an additional $300 to purchase a new one after the store told us that their employee acknowledged that the blower was included and that we are wrong. Buy anywhere else but here!!

That's because they're writing their own reviews. Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.

GBDo NOT shop here!!! Do NOT shop here!!! Management is included in scam ring. They are stealing items that belong to customers without proper investigation. I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

GBHere it is the end of November and… Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
