Bought a washer that was defective from manufacturer didn't know that till 2 months later. They wouldn't give a refund and repair took so long we bought another washer from lowes where they sell good stuff. So we are out about 550.00 . Thanks alot american freight. I recommend to everyone save your time and money shop elsewhere american freight is a joke that sells junk.

I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

That's because they're writing their own reviews. Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.

Damaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.
