The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight! GBLaurie in Colorado was exceptional In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!

GBAbsolute scam artists Absolute scam artists. Sold us washing machine with "superficial" ding in it. After delivery it was making horrible noises. LG came out four time to repair it. The last guy out showed how the bottom, underneath was broken. The only that could happen was being dropped. Since all sales are final nothing we can do.
