Damaged front door and fridge had old food Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

The product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

Shopped the store on spiral drive Shopped the store on spiral drive. This place sells junk. They hide behind all sales are final. Bought a washer that was defective from manufacturer didn't know that till 2 months later. They wouldn't give a refund and repair took so long we bought another washer from lowes where they sell good stuff. So we are out about 550.00 . Thanks alot american freight. I recommend to everyone save your time and money shop elsewhere american freight is a joke that sells junk.

From inside the store with Treg &… From inside the store with Treg & Tyler, to the men who delivered my items, my experience was exceptional! Everyone was very personable, helpful and supportive. The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight!
