GBDO NOT come to the store in Lexington… DO NOT come to the store in Lexington Kentucky. I was always happy before but this last experience was terrible. The manager was so rule, she was absolutely no help with my damaged furniture. I will not ever be buying from this store again .

GBThe product I bought from them became… The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

GBI walked into american freight and was… I walked into american freight and was welcomed so politely with a man named Larry. I then purchased a livingroom suite and bed frame. He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . GBFrom inside the store with Treg &… From inside the store with Treg & Tyler, to the men who delivered my items, my experience was exceptional! Everyone was very personable, helpful and supportive. The men who delivered my items were very conscious of space, not hitting anything. They even were so generous & kind to help me with putting felt pads on my items & upright them so I didn't have to figure out that myself. FABULOUS experience & highly recommend American Freight!
