That's because they're writing their own reviews. Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.

Would recommend store for appliances. Staff acceptable in complying with our needs. Great to get what we needed without waiting three weeks which is what we were promised by big box stores. Holiday, Florida store just opened so they had to used to new company compliances. Their delivery has much to learn. The last guy out showed how the bottom, underneath was broken. The only that could happen was being dropped. Since all sales are final nothing we can do.
