GB4 Days So Far and No Delivery Wish I had read the reviews before ordering flowers for my friend in Dover, DE. It has been 4 days since the order was placed and paid for. It was supposed to be same day delivery, still no flowers to my friend. Do not use Just Flowers. They are unreliable. They offer apologies, but no action.

GBThe flowers I choose was for a woman… The flowers chosen was for a woman that can be hard to shop for. We’ve all experienced this type of thing at one point in our lives. These flowers were sooo beautiful and fragrant. The florist arrived with the flowers just in time for the retirement party. When she seen the flowers she literally just cried. Just the expression on her face was worth every penny paid. Said she had never seen such beautiful roses and the scent was wonderful. The vase that accompanied the flower arrangement was amazing. Perfect in every way. One satisfied customer and recipient. Thank You.

GBdon’t believe the bad reviews people… don’t believe the bad reviews people yeah some orders can messed up but that’s how it is sometimes but not all the time. my flowers came within 4 hours of ordering them and everything was correct. I would have gave just flowers 5 stars but they forgot my balloon lol but I don’t care because the flowers got to my friend perfect

GBI will NEVER use them again! I ordered flowers a few days before the intended delivery date for someone's birthday party. On the day of delivery, at 2:15 pm, I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. They informed me they couldn't offer local delivery and instead offered to ship the flowers, requiring me to choose a different arrangement. This was unacceptable since the delivery was time-sensitive. I promptly replied via email requesting order cancellation and a full refund. However, their response directed me to call them instead. During the call, they persistently pressured me to accept the order with increasing discounts and even offered a free item. I firmly requested them to stop these tactics and process the cancellation with a refund. The customer service representitive informed me they could not do this and put me on hold for a supervisor for ten minutes. The pressure continued even with the supervisor, who persuaded me to keep the order for future use. Once again, I had to reiterate my request for cancellation and a refund. Finally, I had to ask them to stop talking and simply cancel my order, refusing any other solutions. After much persistence, they agreed. This experience ensures I will never use their service again. Their lack of professionalism, communication, inflexibility, and high-pressure sales tactics were unacceptable. If possible, I would give them a negative star rating.

GBSender and recipient were both well pleased. Ordering online was very easy. My friend was so surprised and excited, when she received them, so she sent a photo. The arrangement was even more beautiful in her photo! Better yet, they arrived early in the day, so she didn't miss the delivery, when she went to dinner that evening.
