GBJust Flowers went above and beyond! I placed an order for delivery in Mesa, AZ. The recipient was in the process of moving to another address within the same city, so I contacted Just Flowers, and the delivery address was changed. Living in AK, I wasn't aware that not all locations in Mesa are serviced by the same florists. The flowers, which the recipient said were gorgeous, were delivered. Only later did I discover that my selected arrangement isn't normally available in that location. Just Flowers went above and beyond to make a young lady very happy. I will use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone!

GBExpect Lots Of Scam Emails Having ordered flowers years ago when I lived in the USA I found myself on their mailing list. I have made repreated attempts using the unsubscribe option to stop these mailings but the company does not take action. I am now taking screenshots of the unsubscribe attempts which say I have been removed from the list. Next stop FTC and CAN-SPAM act! To be clear to people reading this review this is certainly the first time I have used Trustpilot to raise this but, me, like other reviews with the same complaint, tried multiple time to get this done via your unsubscribe feature on your website. Maybe if you acted on those requests your Trustpilot rating would be better!

GBUnreliable company Ordered flowers for cousin's funeral on Thursday morning. Funeral was Friday afternoon. there are florist shops in the town Fayetteville, TN. Received call Sat morning to advise unable to deliver the flowers due to no florist close enough to deliver on time. I told her there were 3 florists in that town. Then she changed it to overflow and unable to deliver the flowers. then wanted to send to the home of family. I told her definitely NOT. refund my money. What kind of company is this. Beware if you think about using this company. Wonder if they will lose my money or tell me there is not a bank close enough to me to accept the money. You called the day after the funeral . and they were open . I checked with my cousins who live there. You dropped the ball on this one. NO, definitely not sending funeral flowers to the wife after the funeral.

GBI will NEVER use them again! I ordered flowers a few days before the intended delivery date for someone's birthday party. On the day of delivery, at 2:15 pm, I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. They informed me they couldn't offer local delivery and instead offered to ship the flowers, requiring me to choose a different arrangement. This was unacceptable since the delivery was time-sensitive. I promptly replied via email requesting order cancellation and a full refund. However, their response directed me to call them instead. During the call, they persistently pressured me to accept the order with increasing discounts and even offered a free item. I firmly requested them to stop these tactics and process the cancellation with a refund. The customer service representitive informed me they could not do this and put me on hold for a supervisor for ten minutes. The pressure continued even with the supervisor, who persuaded me to keep the order for future use. Once again, I had to reiterate my request for cancellation and a refund. Finally, I had to ask them to stop talking and simply cancel my order, refusing any other solutions. After much persistence, they agreed. This experience ensures I will never use their service again. Their lack of professionalism, communication, inflexibility, and high-pressure sales tactics were unacceptable. If possible, I would give them a negative star rating.

Once you use them, you can never get rid of them, you can supposedly unsubscribe, but trust me it never happens. I've been receiving emails from them for a couple of years, unsubscribed at least twenty times, and still get emails. Now with valentines day coming, i get 2 or 3 a day since February 1st. Avoid them, it's not worth being spammed forever after! Further, they want me to provide more information so they can respond to my complaint properly. My complaint is simple, they have all the tools that make you think you have successfully unsubscribed from receiving emails, but it never happens. There are thousands of the same complaint.
