GBExpect Lots Of Scam Emails Having ordered flowers years ago when I lived in the USA I found myself on their mailing list. I have made repreated attempts using the unsubscribe option to stop these mailings but the company does not take action. I am now taking screenshots of the unsubscribe attempts which say I have been removed from the list. Next stop FTC and CAN-SPAM act! To be clear to people reading this review this is certainly the first time I have used Trustpilot to raise this but, me, like other reviews with the same complaint, tried multiple time to get this done via your unsubscribe feature on your website. Maybe if you acted on those requests your Trustpilot rating would be better!

CAWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have been sending emails for so long trying to address an issue regarding an order that was never delivered. They will always respond asking for more information, but then the lines of communication go dead. They will stop responding to my emails. I just want a refund. You already have all of the information you need. REFUND MY ORDER. Do nit call me.. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING YOU FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. FOR THE LAST TIME, MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED.. NOW PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, I JUST SENT ANOTHER ONE..

GBWorst place ever My son ordered flowers for this Valentine's Day 2024 should have arrived on the 13th ya right!!!! Well it's the 15th at 9:16 Still no delivery Inquire on line as they specify or call no human nothing but recordings no matter what number you press What a crock of ..... Never recommend this place It's a joke

CABuy from them and get email spam the… Buy from them and get email spam the rest of your life. Once you use them, you can never get rid of them, you can supposedly unsubscribe, but trust me it never happens. I've been receiving emails from them for a couple of years, unsubscribed at least twenty times, and still get emails. Now with valentines day coming, i get 2 or 3 a day since February 1st. Avoid them, it's not worth being spammed forever after! Further, they want me to provide more information so they can respond to my complaint properly. My complaint is simple, they have all the tools that make you think you have successfully unsubscribed from receiving emails, but it never happens. There are thousands of the same complaint.
