USUnreliable company Ordered flowers for cousin's funeral on Thursday morning. Funeral was Friday afternoon. there are florist shops in the town Fayetteville, TN. Received call Sat morning to advise unable to deliver the flowers due to no florist close enough to deliver on time. I told her there were 3 florists in that town. Then she changed it to overflow and unable to deliver the flowers. then wanted to send to the home of family. I told her definitely NOT. refund my money. What kind of company is this. Beware if you think about using this company. Wonder if they will lose my money or tell me there is not a bank close enough to me to accept the money. You called the day after the funeral . and they were open . I checked with my cousins who live there. You dropped the ball on this one. NO, definitely not sending funeral flowers to the wife after the funeral.

CAAsked numerous times to remove me from… Asked numerous times to remove me from their mailing list and they keep sending emails. Really annoying!!!!!!!

USThey held my flowers hostage to try and… They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I’d delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $14 on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.

USDid not deliver valentines arrangement Did not deliver valentines arrangement, called at 6 pm was told by customer service they will arrive by 8 pm, no flowers delivered. Called Customer service next day at 11 am and was told an order will be placed now, offered 15 dollar upgrade. I declined upgrade wife called flower shop they do not deliver to my home and they just received order at 3 pm. Florist felt bad for our treatment and did an extra special arrangement. I asked the last person I spoke with at customer service is lying doing your best and she agreed it was not.

Well it's the 15th at 9:16 Still no delivery Inquire on line as they specify or call no human nothing but recordings no matter what number you press What a crock of ..... Never recommend this place It's a joke
