GBCorrect addresses are important 1. The stair company entered the address incorrectly on the first shipment which delayed arrival by 2 days. 2. Sixteen (16) of the round shoe collars arrived chipped, dinged and scratched. Not from damage - they were packaged that way! 3. The order for the replacement shoe collars arrived late because the shipping address was entered incorrectly AGAIN!!! 4. I run a business and it's hard to make money when product doesn't arrive as scheduled. This isn't rocket science. It's just carelessness.

GBDoes Not Care About Customer Questions, Just Wants to Take Orders I needed to order some special longer length fillet pieces as opposed to ordering several small sections. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me that it could "probably" be done but couldn't give me a definite answer, and I would have to wait to receive the pieces from the manufacturer before knowing for sure. Attitude on the phone was apathetic, at minimum average level customer service would've been to call the manufacturer first and verifying before just putting the order in and "seeing what happens".

GBI looked too many website for stair… I looked too many website for stair parts I found StairParts Connect website the best, easy to search, price was fair I talked to Michael several times he was very helpful. From the website usage, to the order, to the guidance, and even the delivery! I'm very pleased with the service and the stair parts.

GBAccidents happen. My order was somehow "deleted" due to a website snafu, so 0 stars for that. The owner was very polite and worked to make things right, so 5 stars for that. I was delayed quite substantially from receiving my order but I do believe it was an accident. So 4 stars overall for the recovery effort. I will order again from them.
