About StairParts Connect, LLC

Today, there are many stair parts suppliers across the United States; many of which sell very similar, if not the same lines of balusters, newel posts, handrail, iron stair parts, etc. The majority of these suppliers do not sell directly to the public; they will only sell to stairway manufacturing companies or other large home improvement stores and lumber yards such as Home Depot or Lowe's. StairParts Connect is your stair parts connection... The need for stair parts is tremendous; the majority of existing homes and buildings, as well as homes and buildings to come, are and will be multi-level; the options available to find quality stair parts are extremely limited. StairParts Connect is here to make shopping for stair parts as it should be... logical and affordable with an amazing selection of stair parts and tons of helpful resources!

I wasn't given the option of the … I wasn't given the option of the shipping and found the cost of the shipping a little pricey. This could my lack of familiarity of shipping costs.

I ordered several balusters as samples … I ordered several balusters as samples for our new staircase. Their selection was great. They arrived quickly. I love the way they are all wrapped to protect the finish. I am so happy with this company that I am placing an order for the entire staircase. I will definitely recommend this company to other homeowners.

Very responsive to phone calls Very responsive to phone calls. Website didn't include the baluster knuckles yet, but Stair-Parts-Connect handled this over the phone. Packaged well. Delivered on time.

Bad experience. Bad experience. Order Nov 1, received Nov 15. Not as promised. Shipped with giant truck that couldn't excess the road. Shipped again with smaller truck that was taller than the power line on the street. I had to carry it for long distance. Some of the boxes came damaged. I will find out later about the quality of the wood.

Correct addresses are important 1. The stair company entered the address incorrectly on the first shipment which delayed arrival by 2 days. 2. Sixteen (16) of the round shoe collars arrived chipped, dinged and scratched. Not from damage - they were packaged that way! 3. The order for the replacement shoe collars arrived late because the shipping address was entered incorrectly AGAIN!!! 4. I run a business and it's hard to make money when product doesn't arrive as scheduled. This isn't rocket science. It's just carelessness.
