GBWish I had looked up reviews online first! Wish I had looked up reviews online - delivered two of the three samples I ordered. Told me to telephone for refund. No phone numbers work, company is in administration. Director Ismail Patel still listed on Companies House. AVOID! Their fancy website should be taken down. Have reported to trading standards.

GBAVOID Ordered replacement tiles, had an email chain, and invoice sent. I made payment, and then a few hours later received a generic email that order was cancelled. Sent multiple emails to chase this and then finally told they were out of stock. I've had to send proof of payment in order to receive a refund, which is yet to come. They also have other names for the company (eg. Tiles Direct) Edit: over a month has past and refund has yet to be received.

GBAwful company do NOT order from them Awful company do NOT order from them. I ordered 3 boxes of tiles and paid £39 delivery only to be sent 3 individual tiles in bubble wrap! They do not answer the phone or answer emails. On further investigation I found out they run under 3 different companies called dantotsu.co.uk, tilesdirect.com and this one British ceramic tiles. They are all linked under different limited company and have ripped off lots of people not just us. Do NOT use this company they are frauds

GBWARNING! DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY Customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered. Telephone numbers are unobtainable. I ordered a specific number of tile packs as calculated by their web site. Should have been 13 tiles per pack. When they were delivered, only 9 tiles per pack. When I eventually got some response, all I got was lame excuses and broken promises. Avoid this company and any associated company at all costs.

GBTed Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.
