No tiles after three weeks and still waiting It has been three weeks since I placed my order and I haven’t yet received it, or any update to let me know it has been dispatched. British Ceramic Tiles has chased me twice to review their service (via Trustpilot) and I thought I’d hold off until I received my tiles. However, tonight when I went online to see if I could check my order status, the britishceramictile.com website isn’t loading at all. So, no tiles after three weeks and the website is down... I honestly can’t say I recommend purchasing from this company.

laura Ashley wall and floor tiles. purchased my choice of new design Laura Ashley tiles after researching for best price. Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

Ted Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.

Poor experience I placed an order on Monday (before checking Trust Pilot). Tried to call them today to increase the order quantity but couldn't get through on any number (Head Office, Sales, Trade, Distribution etc). That raised alarm bells. Even if they do surprise me and deliver the goods, I can't even increase my order quantity without placing a subsequent order so I'll end up paying for delivery twice. Terrible experience so far and zero expectations of receiving my goods.

No tiles NO REFUND!!!! Ordered tiles despite a shocking £39 delivery charge for 5 sheets of mosaic tiles. No dispatch notice in over a week. Customer Services finally tell me they are out of stock and ask if I want a refund. After confirming that I did - nothing. Starting charge back claim on my credit card. Avoid these sham artists - they should be shut down.
