Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

UPDATE 17/5/21 ------------------- ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HOUSE, THIS COMPANY HAS GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! -------------------------------------------------------- Dreadful company, happy to take moneyfor sample tiles but the tiles werenever delivered or the money refunded. We have threatened them with legal action and have been met with silence. Their last post on Facebook was 2020 which makes us think they've gone out of business. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Awful company do NOT order from them Awful company do NOT order from them. I ordered 3 boxes of tiles and paid £39 delivery only to be sent 3 individual tiles in bubble wrap! They do not answer the phone or answer emails. On further investigation I found out they run under 3 different companies called dantotsu.co.uk, tilesdirect.com and this one British ceramic tiles. They are all linked under different limited company and have ripped off lots of people not just us. Do NOT use this company they are frauds

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY Customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered. Telephone numbers are unobtainable. I ordered a specific number of tile packs as calculated by their web site. Should have been 13 tiles per pack. When they were delivered, only 9 tiles per pack. When I eventually got some response, all I got was lame excuses and broken promises. Avoid this company and any associated company at all costs.
