Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR First off they were great - fast delivery, good selection of well priced tiles and good website. Then we wanted to return an item - zero response. I just ordered a replacement because our building project could not wait for them. Then the replacement arrived broken - zero response until I got shirty, then zero response again. Couldn't make contact via phone - went around in circles. Now, still trying to sort out the refund but zero response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No tiles NO REFUND!!!! Ordered tiles despite a shocking £39 delivery charge for 5 sheets of mosaic tiles. No dispatch notice in over a week. Customer Services finally tell me they are out of stock and ask if I want a refund. After confirming that I did - nothing. Starting charge back claim on my credit card. Avoid these sham artists - they should be shut down.

Ted Baker Tiles for bathroom Ordered new tiles for the bathroom after seeing them dearer elsewhere. Couldn't be happier, delivered within a few days and informed of the delivery time and updated on the day. First class service, will definitely use again for the kitchen next year!

I wish that I could give less than one… I wish that I could give less than one star! A HORRENDOUS experience with cracked tile has been abysmally handled by the manufacturer, the distributor and the selling dealer. The tile cracked on the wall and I have learned that they very knew well that this tile was doing that with quite a few customers, yet they have made life a living hell about resolving it. Their attitude is toxic and they are rude, rude, rude. Their distributor and dealer are also toxic.
