Customer service On opening our order we found, despite being packed really well, that one pack of tiles had been damaged. We were very impressed bt the speed at which this was rectified and a replacement box delivered. It's when things go awry that you discover how good the service is. The service is excellent. laura Ashley wall and floor tiles. purchased my choice of new design Laura Ashley tiles after researching for best price. Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

Ted Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.

Bad customer service (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) I sent a email ten minutes after ordering the tiles to tell them I had ordered the wrong colour..they waited two days to reply and said they had already sent the tiles out and it would cost £38 to send them back and reorder them I sent a email complaint to which they managed to replie in less than one hour after them telling me they are so busy that’s why they did not reply to the first one

Ted Baker Tiles for bathroom Ordered new tiles for the bathroom after seeing them dearer elsewhere. Couldn't be happier, delivered within a few days and informed of the delivery time and updated on the day. First class service, will definitely use again for the kitchen next year!
