No phone numbers work, company is in administration. Director Ismail Patel still listed on Companies House. AVOID! Their fancy website should be taken down. Have reported to trading standards.

Ted Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.

Bad customer service (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) I sent a email ten minutes after ordering the tiles to tell them I had ordered the wrong colour..they waited two days to reply and said they had already sent the tiles out and it would cost £38 to send them back and reorder them I sent a email complaint to which they managed to replie in less than one hour after them telling me they are so busy that’s why they did not reply to the first one

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

Ted Baker Tiles for bathroom Ordered new tiles for the bathroom after seeing them dearer elsewhere. Couldn't be happier, delivered within a few days and informed of the delivery time and updated on the day. First class service, will definitely use again for the kitchen next year!
