AVOID Ordered replacement tiles, had an email chain, and invoice sent. I made payment, and then a few hours later received a generic email that order was cancelled. Sent multiple emails to chase this and then finally told they were out of stock. I've had to send proof of payment in order to receive a refund, which is yet to come. They also have other names for the company (eg. Tiles Direct) Edit: over a month has past and refund has yet to be received.

Been calling all the numbers on the website, all dead except one which just rings and rings. Yes, difficult times but no excuses - take an order and respond to client enquiries about their order. I would not do business with this company. I assume they have gone out of business. Or they deserve too with this treatment of clients.

No phone numbers work, company is in administration. Director Ismail Patel still listed on Companies House. AVOID! Their fancy website should be taken down. Have reported to trading standards.

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

I wish that I could give less than one… I wish that I could give less than one star! A HORRENDOUS experience with cracked tile has been abysmally handled by the manufacturer, the distributor and the selling dealer. The tile cracked on the wall and I have learned that they very knew well that this tile was doing that with quite a few customers, yet they have made life a living hell about resolving it. Their attitude is toxic and they are rude, rude, rude. Their distributor and dealer are also toxic.
