IEI bought a single shelly relay device I bought a single shelly relay device, the shelly plus one. Initially I found it hard to determine how to wire it correctly for my application, but after getting it working it is just fantastic. With many wifi IoT devices it can be frustrating to connect the devices to your home wifi, or have other connectivity or responsiveness issues. Not so with shelly - their device is rock solid on wifi, the app is fluid and responsive, and the device just works as intended. Of all the research into different available devices to make my home smart, this company really ticks all the boxs: Affordable - compared with replacing wall switches to ugly and expensive smart switches, or worse, smart bulbs. Versatile - So many products for any niche application you can think of, and with home assistant I have ultimate control in how my smart home should work. Private - no hub or cloud servers collecting your data required. I will be outfitting my entire home with these marvelous little devices.

GBVery very poor non existent service Very very poor. I cannot recommend. The actual product they produce and sell is very good however the purchase experience via their store is as bad as it gets. As a trial I originally bought their product via shellystore in UK and was so impressed with their product I thought Id go direct for a second purchase. Wrong choice. Bad idea. Zero communications even though I raised tickets to track what had happened to my order as they had received payment but did not send anything or communicate anything. Even though I requested order via DHL to expedite delivery. The moral is if you want to buy their product do not buy it direct from them. Buy it from a trusted reseller. I really dont know how they operate and make a profit based on this type pf customer approach. Maybe they treat their retail customers poorly in Bulgaria focussing on wholsale/reselling? Either way, steer clear from their online store.

GRVERY BAD , Delivery does not exist! VERY BAD I bought two products, and never came . After one month of waiting and contacts via email with "customer services " which suggest to make my own investigation that where are them, i dispute the payment on paypal .Thanks god that i was paid with paypal and not other way. I suggest .READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUY!!!

NLOn paper seem like the ideal products… On paper seem like the ideal products for making your home smart, but there are some unacceptable deficiencies: For starters, the app is really poorly built, with very long loading times, which makes you get up and flick the button anyways. Second, the customer service is garbage, my products couldn't seem to connect to the cloud, so updates and remote control did not work for me. I emailed customer service to help with this problem, sending detailed videos and explanations of all the steps I took, but eventually they gave up on me. My advice: Don't choose Shelly just because they are a little bit cheaper compared to the rest. You will pay for it.

GBI hate to leave a bad review I hate to leave a bad review. I understand all the hard work and sacrifice they have done to get the business to this point, but I feel like I have to say something. First off the actual hardware is very good - I have no issues with it at all. The software works but from a UI point of view it needs work. Customer service does not seem to properly exist; it seems unless something is totally broken then are happy and improvement suggestions are not welcomed or actioned. I think they need to do something about everything relating to customer service and software or they will lose this business.
