IEI bought a single shelly relay device I bought a single shelly relay device, the shelly plus one. Initially I found it hard to determine how to wire it correctly for my application, but after getting it working it is just fantastic. With many wifi IoT devices it can be frustrating to connect the devices to your home wifi, or have other connectivity or responsiveness issues. Not so with shelly - their device is rock solid on wifi, the app is fluid and responsive, and the device just works as intended. Of all the research into different available devices to make my home smart, this company really ticks all the boxs: Affordable - compared with replacing wall switches to ugly and expensive smart switches, or worse, smart bulbs. Versatile - So many products for any niche application you can think of, and with home assistant I have ultimate control in how my smart home should work. Private - no hub or cloud servers collecting your data required. I will be outfitting my entire home with these marvelous little devices.

GBMisrepresentation of shipping time and item Misreprentation on website of shipping time, terrible customer service: I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Never received shipment info or tracking info until I requested it multiple times. When received, they didn’t send it in the expedited manner, so it did not arrive in the 5-7 business days that there’re website stated, it arrived on the 13th business day, which was after the date of the event planning which it was purchased for. Also, replies to my customer service requests were slow and did not answer the questions asked. When dress arrived late it was very poor quality AND WAS A ROMPER NOT A DRESS. I have requested a refund WHICH WILL PROBABLY GET IGNORED.

GBBait and Switch I ordered a dress shown on the Hey Shelly website. The photo is identical to the same dress photo on another site where I saw it originally. The size I needed was out of stock on the original site but available at Hey Shelly. I had read reviews reporting poor experiences with this site, but I placed an order and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the dress I received was similar to the website photo in color only. This dress was ordered for Homecoming, but the item I received was more like a child’s Halloween costume. It is made of inexpensive material and sequins on a slip-like plain design. I have requested return authorization.

GBHorrible customer service- scam Wrong item delivered and not on time (I paid for expedited shipping- almost 2 weeks). Customer service was horrible and they blamed error on postal service telling me that the postal service would have to handle the return and shipping would not be refunded. Now stuck with a cheap dress that I way overpaid for that I didn’t want

DESHELLY never again SHELLY - you won’t find a worse company. I have bought their WIFI Actor switch SHELLY PRO 2. This device and their other electric products might be technically okay and working, but.. - SHELLY is too lazy to publish manuals to explain all possible functions -with their Firmware Updates they do function changes and are not described in their public documentation - Attached product manuals describe only a part of the function. All is crazy complicated - their technical support is a bad joke. If you are lucky, they answer once per month. Instead of replying, they keep asking the same nonsense questions that you already answered. No help! I have thrown this 85 Euro crap into the bin. I wasted too much time with this rubbish.
